本発明は袋口開閉装置たとえば粉体粒体の袋詰
機に関するものである。一定量の粉粒体を連続的
にあるいは断続的に袋詰めする自動または半自動
袋詰機等に於いて、一定量の粉粒体を投入する袋
の口部を開口し、また投入後の袋の口部を閉鎖及

(本発明の基礎となる先発明)
本出願人は先に従来公知の袋詰機と異り、袋の

気孔を介して、ベルトと袋の間の空気を吸引して
袋をベルトに吸着させることにより袋の開封を行
う袋の開封並びに封止装置について発明し特許出
願した。本発明はこの発明を基本原理とするもの
である。以下この基本原理発明について第1図乃

気を吸引する空気孔を有する空気箱が設置されて
おり、入側の移送ベルトは夫々2つの案内車にエ
ンドレスに掛けられ、出側の移送ベルトは案内車
と駆動車とに夫々エンドレスに掛けられていて、
中間部の隣接する案内車をこれら案内車の軸に取
付けられたスプロケツトにチエーンを巻回させて

機構7で連結され、駆動装置6の回転を同期状態
で受け、その結果移送方向左右に対をなす移送ベ
ルトは同期して駆動されるようになつている。駆
動装置6からの駆動力は駆動車4→移送ベルト1
→案内車15→スプロケツト17→チエーン1
9→スプロケツト18→案内車16→移送ベルト
1′の順に伝えられる。又駆動装置6から同期機
構7→駆動車4→移送ベルト1″→案内車15→
スプロケツト17→チエーン19→スプロケツト
18→案内車16→移送ベルト1の順にもう一方

部扮分が二対のベルトのみで少なく、調整・保守
点検が容易であり、装置を安価に供給することが

通孔が形成された2対のエンドレス移送ベルト
を、その対向する内側の間隔が入側部及び出側部
において平行状態とし、中間部において平面視形
状で菱形状をなすように対設し、前記2対のエン
ドレス移送ベルトの対向側内側に、略全長にわた
り前記エンドレス移送ベルトの前記貫通孔を通し
て空気を吸引する空気孔を有する空気箱が設置さ
れており、入側の移送ベルト1と1′は夫々案内
車2と16にエンドレスに掛けられ、出側の移送
ベルト1″と1は案内車15と駆動車4とに
夫々エンドレスに掛けられていて、中間部の隣接
する案内車15と16をこれら案内車の軸に取付
けられたスプロケツト17と18にチエーンを巻
回させて連動可能にしたことを特徴とする吸着ベ
ルト式袋口開閉装置。1.
