着剤の不均一な塗り厚さによつてタイルの接着強
度にバラツキを生じる欠点があつた。また他の方
法として実公昭49−11334号にて、ブチルゴムの
粘着組成物をゴムシートの両面にコートしその表
面側に多数のタイルを一定目地間隔で粘着固定し
裏面側に紙材等の離型紙を添附し、施工時に離型
紙を剥離して裏面側コートを躯体等に貼付するタ
イルユニツトを開示しているが、該貼付作業では
躯体に墨打ちされた基線を基にして行なうが、多
数のタイルユニツトを該基線に沿つて正確に貼付
するのは難かしく、またタイルユニツトの裏面側
が粘着剤であるため自由に滑動せず貼付後タイル
ユニツトのズレを修正するのも難かしく目地通り
のよいタイル壁面を構築できない。さらに目地部
が粘着剤で複覆されているためタイルユニツトを
目地部で切断することも容易でなく、加工も難か
