シラスとアルミナセメントとを混合して水で〓練
りすることにより、アルミン酸カルシウムのゲル
が結晶粒子間の空隙や未反応粒子間の空間を埋め
るため、成型物は強固な硬化体となるものであ
り、そしてケイ酸アルミニウムカルシウムのため
表面は光沢のある硬化体となるもので、従来の窯
業タイルと異なり、焼成することなく、窯業タイ
ルと同一或いは以上の圧縮強度や曲げ強度を有す
るタイルとして使用し得るもので、焼成工程がな
いため工程を簡略化し、コストダウンをも企図し
得る等、前記した顕著な諸効果を奏するものであ
る。
