出口6はオーブン本体の側部に設けた熱風発生器
7に連通し、ガスバーナと送風機を備えた熱風発
生器7からは、約250℃の熱風がつくられ加熱室
1内に送られるように、熱風循環機構は構成され
る。8は、オーブン本体の底部に設置されたギヤ
モータ9の回転軸に軸着され加熱室1内下方に水
平に突出した駆動用歯車であり、後述する台車付
回転棚3の棚用回転軸10に軸着された歯車11
に噛合可能である。台車付回転棚3は、第3図に
示すように、底部に台車12を取付けたフレーム
3aに軸受けを介して回転自在に垂直に支持され
た回転棚3bからなり、回転棚3bは棚用回転軸
10に所定の間隔をおいて複数の棚板又は網棚を
軸着し、前述の加熱室1内の駆動用歯車8と同一
水平位置に歯車11を軸着している。したがつ
