There is a method in which the above-mentioned deposits are fired during a rotation process of less than one rotation, and then peeled off and recovered from the firing drum using a scraper. Therefore, in order to increase the production efficiency per unit of such equipment, conventionally a wide firing drum is used to produce a wide belt-shaped fired product, and this is transferred to the required product width on a belt conveyor in the subsequent process. Alternatively, a wide firing drum is used to discharge paste-like raw materials from a plurality of nozzles each corresponding to the width of the product to produce a plurality of fired products in parallel. However, with the former method, it is extremely difficult to cut the fired product as it is generally hard and brittle, and it tends to crack during the cutting operation, resulting in a decrease in yield and product value. As such, a dedicated and expensive item was required. On the other hand, in the latter method, since it is necessary to leave a certain distance between the deposits arranged in parallel, the width of the firing drum becomes large compared to the total width of the product, resulting in a low effective utilization rate of the drum circumference. Since it is not possible to accommodate changes in width due to differences in type or desired size, it is necessary to prepare nozzles for each required width. This method has disadvantages in that the equipment cost is high and it requires a great deal of effort and time to replace the nozzle when changing the product width.

A paste-like raw material is continuously fed in a fixed amount to this nozzle 8 from a hopper 6 via a gear pump 9 installed below the hopper.
b, and the pasty raw material is formed into a predetermined thickness from the discharge port of the nozzle 8 by the thickness adjusting roller 8a, and as the firing drum 3 rotates, a thin layer-like deposit 10 with a width W is formed around the firing drum 3. It is attached as. This deposit 10 is heated and fired by the heater 4 during the deposition rotation process and becomes a skin-like fired product 11.
At the unfinished stage of firing, that is, at a position slightly above the nozzle 8, the sheet is divided in the width direction by a cutter 12, and the width l of the desired product or semi-finished product is set. S is a cutting line.

Indicates a. This cutter 12a has a cutter holder 15 rotatably and slidably attached to a cutter shaft 14 installed horizontally between mounting frames 13a, 13a set up on a base 2, and also positions the cutter holder 15. A cutter body 18 is set so that it cannot slide from both sides using metal fittings 16, 16, and is made of a leaf spring material with a thickness of about 0.2 mm and whose tip is cut obliquely between the cutter holder 15 and the backing plate 17. , and a wing nut 19b is screwed onto a bolt 19a passing through these and tightened. In this way, the cutter holder 15 allows the tip of the cutter body 18 to touch the deposit 10 due to the attractive force of the coil spring 21 installed between the extending arm portion 15a and the spring stopper shaft 20 parallel to the cutter shaft 14. It is biased in the direction of rotation for cutting, and under this bias, the tip of the extending arm portion 15a abuts against a stopper shaft 22 parallel to the spring stopper shaft 20. Due to this contact, the cutter body 18
The tip thereof is held in a state where it lightly contacts the circumferential surface 3a of the firing drum 3 or leaves a small gap therebetween, thereby preventing the circumferential surface from being scratched. In addition, the cutter body 1
8 can be adjusted in protrusion amount within the range of a long hole 18a bored therein. Note that various materials other than the above-mentioned leaf spring can be used as the cutter body 18, and a material with a sharp cutting edge like a normal knife can also be used.
Since the deposit 10 is half-baked and soft, it can be sufficiently cut without a cutting edge, and any suitable thin plate can be used as long as there is no problem in terms of strength.

This cutter 12 has an arm member 23 mounted on a cutter shaft 14 so as to be rotatable and slidable, and similarly to the above, the arm member 23 is set in a position that cannot be slid only using positioning fittings 16, 16 from both sides. The cutter body 24 is biased in the direction of contacting the circumferential surface 3a of the firing drum 3 by the attractive force of the coil spring 21 installed between the coil spring 21 and the spring stopper shaft 20, and as the firing drum 3 rotates. Reference numeral 29 denotes a presser roller pivotally connected to a mounting frame 13b erected on the base 2, which presses the deposits 10 toward the firing drum at a position slightly above the scraper 26, so that the deposits reach the scraper 26 position. This prevents it from peeling off from the peripheral surface 3a during the incomplete firing stage.

In addition to cutting, it is also possible to cut into perforated shapes that allow the consumer or the processor of the baked baked product to easily and completely divide the product. For example, in the case of the cutter 12a of the above example, by extending the tip of the arm portion 15a of the cutter holder 15 as shown in FIG. Main body 18
cutter holder 1 so that it separates from the adhesive layer.
5 performs a tilting operation, and by repeating this operation, a perforation-like cut as shown in FIG. 9 t can be made. In addition, this kind of operation is performed by EshiCylinder 30.
It may be performed by other driving means. Further, in the cutter 12b of the above example, if notches 24a are provided in the cutter main body 24 at regular intervals in the circumferential direction as shown in FIG. 8, the perforated cut shown in FIG. 9 can be made in the same manner.

Since a cutter is attached for cutting the adhesive layer, the width of the adhesive layer can be set wide and the cut can be used to make a predetermined width of the product or semi-finished product, and simultaneous mass production is possible with one device. Moreover, since the deposit layer has not yet been fired and is in a soft state, it is easy to cut, and it is possible to completely avoid a decrease in yield and deterioration of product value due to cracking. It is also possible to reduce component costs by using off-the-shelf materials that do not have a specific appearance. Furthermore, since there is no need to leave a space between the strips of deposits forming a predetermined width of the product or semi-finished product, the circumferential width of the firing drum can be utilized to the maximum extent possible.
It is not necessary to prepare the number of adhering molding parts such as nozzles for adhering paste raw materials to each type of product or semi-finished product, and only one is required, reducing equipment costs and adapting to the above-mentioned width changes. There is no need to replace adhered molded parts such as nozzles.
