であつた。 In addition, in order to enhance the brackish water separation effect of such a brackish water separation device, it is necessary to increase the number of corrugated peaks formed on the corrugated plate 1, or increase the width or number of corrugated plates 1. This increases the size of the brackish water separator, so it is difficult to increase the brackish water separation effect, especially in cases where the volume is small, such as a drum or flash tank, and the space in which the brackish water separator can be installed is limited. It was difficult.

It is characterized by integrally forming a protrusion extending obliquely with respect to the flow direction.

These protrusions 4 and protrusions 5 are integrally formed with the corrugated plate 1A by extrusion molding using a press or the like, but in the figure, there are four protrusions 4 and two protrusions 5, and each protrusion 5 is oppositely formed. They are arranged in a figure-eight pattern, slanting in the direction of the direction. Note that 6 is a rod insertion hole.

It is assembled by inserting the corrugated plate 1A through the corrugated plate 1A and fixing its both ends to the corrugated plate 1A by welding or the like.

As a result, the length in the direction of steam flow can be shortened, making it possible to make the device smaller and lighter. When installed inside a drum or flash tank, the internal space can be expanded. This facilitates inspections during regular inspections that are carried out every few years.
