After that, the secondary laminated fritches are laminated and pressed in a concave-convex manner using adhesive again, and the secondary laminated fritches are sliced in the direction intersecting the laminated surface to form each of the above-mentioned composite veneers on the material surface. In the conventional manufacturing method of artificial decorative veneer, which reproduces the grain pattern with a multicolored feel in which the cut surface is the wood grain layer, the composite material obtained by slicing the primary laminated The veneer is dyed, and the dyed composite veneer is then processed again from laminated fritsch to slicing, so not only does the dyeing density of the composite veneer become darker, but also the artificial veneer obtained by slicing the secondary laminated fritchi Among the grain patterns of decorative veneer 1,
As shown in Fig. 1, the central plate-like annual ring region 1a
Since the density of the cut layers of the composite veneer is higher in the straight-grained annual ring regions 1b on both sides compared to
This has the disadvantage that the colors on both sides appear darker than in the center, which significantly reduces the natural feel.

得るものである。 An embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 2A to 2L. In other words, the method for manufacturing this artificially decorated veneer is as follows:
As shown in FIGS. 2A to 2D, dyed material veneers 2 are laminated on the uneven mold 3 using an adhesive, and the uneven assembly frits 4 obtained by pressing and adhering are intersected with the laminated surface. The first slice with relatively light color density is sliced at the slice angle (shown by the virtual line in C in the same figure)
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. E to H, the uneven composite frits 4' obtained by laminating the undyed material veneer 2 on the uneven mold 3 with an adhesive and adhering them by pressure are obtained. is sliced at a slice angle that intersects the laminated plane (indicated by the imaginary line in G in the same figure) to obtain the second
After obtaining the composite veneer 5', this is dyed to obtain a composite veneer 5' with a relatively high color density, and as shown in Figure I, a second composite veneer 5' with a relatively high color density is obtained. A third composite veneer 7 is formed by stitching 6 the first composite veneers 5, 5 of relatively light color density on both sides of the 5', and this third composite veneer 7 is
are laminated and pressed together with an adhesive as shown in FIG. Concave and convex fritches 4″ as shown in K in the same figure
By slicing this concavo-convex assembly fritch 4'' in a direction intersecting the laminated surface (as shown by the imaginary line in K in the same figure), an artificial decorative veneer 8 as shown in L in the same figure is obtained.

A third composite veneer 7 is obtained by joining the composite veneers 5, 5, such that the intermediate region occupied by the second composite veneer 5' corresponds to the region where the irregularities of the concave-convex mold 3' are conspicuous. Since the third composite veneer 7 is loaded and the process of laminated fritsch forming → slicing is performed, the grain pattern of the artificial decorative veneer 8 that is finally obtained is limited to that of the third composite veneer 7. The straight-grained annual ring regions on both sides with a high density of cut layers correspond to the regions of the first composite veneer 5 where the color density is relatively light, and the density of the cut layers of the third composite veneer 7 corresponds to the region of the first composite veneer 5 with a relatively light color density. The plate-like annual ring area in the middle part with low color density corresponds to the area of the second composite veneer 5' where the color density is relatively high, and there is no uneven color density between the plate-like annual ring area and the straight-grain annual ring area. It is possible to express a wood grain pattern that has a natural feel.

By lowering the degree of density of the cut layers of the raw material veneer 2 in the first composite veneer 5, the color density can be further reduced.

Since the material obtained by slicing the concave-convex laminated fritsch 4 is used, the regions on both sides of the material surface are regions where the cut layers of the material veneer 2 are densely packed, and the color is different from that in the middle region. Although the density is high, in order to avoid such density unevenness, the first composite veneer may be obtained by slicing the assembled frits obtained by pressure bonding in a flat mold.

ができるという効果を有する。 As described above, the method for producing an artificially decorated veneer of the present invention involves laminating and press-bonding dyed material veneers using an adhesive, slicing the resulting composite fritches, and producing the first composite veneer. The first composite veneer manufacturing process to obtain
a second composite veneer manufacturing step for obtaining a second composite veneer by slicing the concave-convex laminated fritchi obtained by pressure bonding in a direction intersecting the laminated surface and then dyeing the frit; a third composite veneer manufacturing step of bonding the first composite veneer on both sides to obtain a third composite veneer; Since the composite veneer occupied area includes a secondary processing step of slicing the uneven assembly frit obtained by laminating and press-bonding in a direction intersecting the laminated surface in a direction that corresponds to the area where the unevenness is noticeable, There is no difference in color density between the straight-grain annual ring region and the board-grain annual ring region of the grain pattern, and an artificially decorated veneer with a rich natural feel can be obtained.
