Electric motor 8 is attached to partition plate 9. Case 1
An outdoor intake port 10 and an outdoor exhaust port 11 are opened on the back side of the device, and a wind direction plate 12 is fixed thereto. On the front side of the case 1 are a heat exchange element 13 (hereinafter referred to as the element) and a frame 1 for the element.
4 (hereinafter referred to as a frame), a grill 15 is arranged, a front air filter 16 is arranged in front of the element 13, and a rear air filter 17 is arranged behind the air supply path. The functions of the frame 14 are roughly divided into three. The first role is to cover and protect the element 13 with strength, to form an air passage, and to serve as a cover that prevents air supply and exhaust air from mixing and escaping, especially on the indoor side surface of the element 13. The cylindrical portion 18 corresponds thereto. Second, especially on the side facing the blower, the supply air duct side has positive pressure and the exhaust duct side has negative pressure, creating a pressure difference between the two, so even if supply air enters from outside, it is not supplied indoors. It easily flows to the exhaust side. To prevent this, it serves as a sealing surface between supply and exhaust. The arm portion 19 shown in FIG. 2 corresponds to this. The third rotatably supports the element 13. Specifically, it has a bearing function to support the element shaft 20. The support portion 21 corresponds to this. As shown in FIG. 3, the support portion 21 is formed of a bearing portion 21a that rotatably supports the element shaft 20, and a bowl-shaped portion 21b that engages with the inner circumference of the element 13. The rotation of the element shaft 20 is first caused by the rotation of the forward-extending sub-shaft 22 which is transmitted from the main shaft of the electric motor 8 through the engagement of a worm gear (not shown), and then by the rotation of the auxiliary shaft 22 which extends forward and which is transmitted from the main shaft of the electric motor 8 through the engagement of a worm gear (not shown). It is driven by engagement of portion 22a, gear A23, and gear B24.

The reason for providing the gear coupling part is, firstly, to make the element 13 the required rotation speed, and secondly, to make the subshaft 22
This is a correction of the distance between the element shafts 20 and the axis of the element shaft 20, and the shaft coupling portion 22a is
This is because it has the advantage that it can be combined with case 1 in a post-process, and that it has the advantage of having a joining structure that is simply combined. A coupling cover 25 mechanically supports the gear coupling portion and protects it from air pollution, and is formed integrally with the bowl-shaped portion 21b.

In the ventilation system of the present invention, the principle of producing heat exchange action will be briefly described. The configuration of a pair of fans creates an intake air flow A and an exhaust air flow B, and an element 13 is placed across these two forcedly opposing flows, and the element 13 rotates at a low speed to transfer heat between the flows. will occur. Therefore, it is possible to reduce heat loss in a heated or refurbished room and obtain a ventilation effect. The element 13 is made by overlapping corrugated paper and flat paper and winding them into a spiral shape.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, the element 13 is arranged on the indoor side of the blower, and the element shaft 20
Since the element 13 is supported by the support part 21 provided in the frame 14 in only one direction, there is an advantage that the element 13 can be attached and detached by simply pulling it out toward the indoor side. By regularly cleaning the element 13, a high ventilation effect and heat exchange function can be maintained at all times. When attaching and detaching the element 13,
This is done by disassembling the grille 15 and front air filter 16. On the blower-side end surface of the element 13, positive pressure from the air supply fan 4 and negative pressure from the exhaust fan 6 act simultaneously, creating a large pressure difference. Instead of passing through, it flows directly to the exhaust side.
There is a so-called air leak. Reducing this amount as much as possible is a fundamental issue that affects the efficiency of heat exchange ventilation devices. In this respect, it is clear that the arm portion 19 of the frame 14 has an important role as a sealing surface for reducing the gap with the end surface of the element 13 and reducing the amount of air leak mentioned above. In one embodiment of the present invention, the rear air filter 17 is attached to the arm portion 1.
This combination is installed in the recessed part of the arm part lowered toward the fan side than 9. Therefore, there are no problems such as the gap between the rear air filter 17 and the end face of the element 13 changing due to bending and deformation of the rear air filter 17, or the rear air filter 17 coming into contact with the element 13 while the element 13 is rotating. Although there is a risk that air containing dust may enter the air supply path side due to contamination of the outdoor air, the desired performance can be maintained by regularly cleaning the rear air filter 17. The front air filter 16 is fixed in accordance with the shape of the tip of the cylindrical portion 18. Therefore, it is installed with a high dimensional relationship with the element 13, and mixing of air supply and exhaust air can be prevented by providing an appropriate gap in the intermediate portion 16a. Further, if dust in the indoor air flows into the element 13, it may cause clogging, but this can be prevented by the air supply path side net 16b and the exhaust path side net 16c as air filter functions. The density of the net may be denser on the exhaust path side and rougher on the air supply path side.

As described above, according to the present invention, the cylindrical part 18 which is taller than the element 13 is formed on the outer periphery of the element 13, the front air filter 16, the rear air filter 17, and the arm part 19 are effectively arranged, and the cylinder part 18 is formed of paper or the like. This prevents deformation of the element 13, which is weak in strength, and prevents the mixing of supply air flow and elastic air flow on both end faces of the element.Furthermore, the air filter function eliminates clogging of the element 13 and increases durability. It has great practical value.
