(Prior art) This type of drying device is known as
As shown in the publication, this is shown in Figures 1 to 4.
To explain the diagram, a wind barrel chamber B and a grain storage chamber C are stacked in order on top of a grain collection chamber A to form the main body of the dryer, and an elevator E is fixed to either the front or back of the dryer, for example, A burner hood M including a burner m and a fan hood N including a fan n are connected to the front and back sides of the body chamber B, respectively. There are four perforated plates t in the wind barrel chamber B.
Two drying chambers A are formed on the left and right, which face each other and communicate with the bottom of the grain storage chamber C, and hot air from the burner M is blown from the burner hood M toward the hot air chamber B in the center to dry the grains. , an exhaust chamber d outside the drying chamber a
The exhaust air containing more moisture is suctioned by a fan N through a fan hood N and discharged to the outside of the machine.

The grains in the drying room A fall into the grain room A, and are transferred from the outlet of a grain collection helix installed horizontally at the bottom to the lower end receiving port of the elevator E, which is fixed to this discharge port, and then transferred to the upper end discharge port of the elevator E. The grains are then circulated to the grain storage chamber C by means of a feeding helix.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In such a drying device, it is necessary to provide a large work space in front of the drying device to which the burner hood M is connected in order for the operator to adjust the firepower of the burner M. be. If the roof on the front side is high as shown in the figure, an elevator E is fixed to the front side to supply grains to the grain storage chamber C.

Therefore, the back side of the drying device, that is, the fan side, is installed close to the wall of the workshop, but in a workshop with a single roof where the front side is lower than the back of the wall, the tall elevator E attached to the front may hit the roof. Cannot be installed. In this case, simply changing the direction of the drying device will cause the burner m to move closer to the wall together with the elevator E, making it impossible to secure a wide working space on the burner side.

In addition, it is not only dangerous and labor-intensive to remove the elevator E installed on the burner side, climb up a high elevator, and remove the elevator outlet from the grain storage chamber C in order to replace it with the rear fan side. The direction of rotation of the helix must also be changed.

This invention allows the elevator to be easily moved from the burner side at the front to the fan side at the back without removing the elevator E from the dryer main body, and allows the back of the dryer to be placed close to the wall in any workplace. The purpose is to create a large work space on the front burner side.

(Means for solving the problem) A wind barrel chamber B and a grain storage chamber C are sequentially stacked on top of a grain collection chamber A to form a dryer body. Then, the grains flowing down into the drying chamber a between the hot air chamber b and the exhaust chamber d in the wind barrel chamber B are raised by the elevator E and circulated to the drying chamber a again.

(Function) If the front of the roof of the workshop is high and the back is low, as shown in the overall front view in Fig. 1, the overall side view in Fig. 2, and the cross-sectional view in Fig. 4, Burner hood M and fan hood N on the back
At the same time, a high elevator E is installed on the front burner hood M side, and the shielding plate 3 on the front side of the hot air chamber b is removed to open it, and the shielding plate 3 is inserted on the rear side to close it. Then, the shielding plate 2 on the back side of the exhaust chamber d is removed to open it, and the shielding plate 2 is inserted on the front side to close it. Next, move the rear fan hood N side to the low back wall of the workshop,
A wide work space is provided in front of the work area on the burner m and elevator E sides. Next, if the front of the roof of the workshop is low and the back is high, the positions of the burner hood M and fan hood N and the positions of the shielding plates 3 and 2 should be reversed as shown in Fig. 5. Installation, position the tall elevator E on the fan N side. Then, the main body of the dryer is rotated 180 degrees, and the rear fan hood N side, that is, the elevator E side, is moved to the high back wall of the workshop, creating a wide work space on the burner M side at the front of the workshop.

(Embodiment) A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. The periphery of the opening of a burner hood M equipped with a burner M is extended laterally to form a flange 1, and a flange 1 is formed on the flange 1. The two shielding plates 2, 2 are screwed to cover the left and right sides of the opening of the hood M, and a flange 1 is also formed at the edge of the fan hood N provided with the fan n, and the shielding plate 3 is screwed in the center of the flange 1. Stop it.

When each hood is connected to the front and back sides of the wind chamber B in this manner, the shielding plates 2, 2 close the burner side of the exhaust chamber d, and the shielding plate 3 closes the fan side of the hot air chamber b. As a result, the hot air from burner m passes through the central hot air chamber b, as shown by the arrow in Figure 4, and the left and right drying chambers a.
It blows through, and is discharged from the outside exhaust chamber d, through the hood N, and out of the machine by the fan n.

In the previous embodiments, a so-called dual dryer was described in which there was a hot air chamber B in the center of the wind barrel chamber B, and two drying chambers A were arranged on the left and right sides of the hot air chamber B. Like a 4-bar dryer,
Even in the case where four dryers a are arranged in parallel, the center and both outer sides are exhaust chambers d, and the others are hot air chambers b, the other configurations are exactly the same except that the number of shielding plates is increased.

(Effect of the invention) In short, according to this invention, the wind barrel chamber B
Since the burner hood M or fan hood N is interchangeably connected to the front or back of the dryer, the labor of removing and attaching the tall elevator E from the dryer body is saved, and the grain collection helix installed horizontally at the bottom of the grain collection room is saved. You can freely select the position of the elevator E to the front burner side or the back fan side as needed without changing the rotation direction, and it can be placed on the back fan side of the dryer body in any workplace with any slope of the roof. It is possible to secure a large working space on the burner side in front by installing it close to the wall, and a removable shielding plate that closes one side of hot air chamber B and exhaust chamber d is attached to wind chamber B, so that the hood can be installed close to the wall. Even if the positions of M and N are changed, the shielding plate is also changed at the same time, so that the direction of the hot air blowing through the drying chamber a remains the same, producing the effect that the temperature distribution in the wind barrel is the same and the drying state of the grains is also the same.
