The present invention relates to a window device used for general residences or buildings. In conventional window devices with shutters, the shutters are used to close the door, and are therefore primarily used to shield from the outside, without any consideration given to lighting, ventilation, solar heat utilization, etc. .
In view of the conventional drawbacks, the present invention eliminates these and promotes effective lighting, ventilation, and insulation throughout the four seasons and regardless of day or night, and in particular promotes the use of solar energy.
The purpose is to provide window devices suitable for energy saving. To explain the embodiment, FIG. 1 is a simplified diagram showing the entire window device as seen from above, in which shutters 1, 1, screen door 2, and sliding glass doors 3, 3 are arranged in this order from the outside. 4 is the door pocket of the shutter. Screen door 2
And the sliding glass door 3 is a common one. The shutter 1 has upper and lower horizontal stile 1a as shown in Figure 4.
and a frame structure consisting of left and right vertical stiles 1b and an intermediate stile 1c extending vertically in the middle part, and a plurality of armor plates 5, 5, 5, etc. fitted between the left and right vertical stile 1b, 1b and the intermediate stile 1c. Consisting of Although the armor plates 5 are arranged in two rows in the embodiment, they can be arranged in an appropriate number of rows depending on the size of the shutter 1.
Figure 2 is an enlarged cross-section of a part of Figure 1.
Both the vertical stile 1b and the intermediate stile 1c are formed in a cylindrical shape and have hollow parts 6, 7 inside. Both ends 5a of the armor plate 5 enter into the hollow parts 6 and 7, and the armor plate 5 is held swingably. 8,9
are fitting holes of the same shape formed in the vertical stile 1b and the intermediate stile 1c, respectively, into which the armor plate 5 is fitted. 10
is a light-shielding curtain that extends from the hollow part 6 of the vertical stile 1b to the armor plate 5.
It is now possible to go in and out. This will be discussed further later. FIG. 3 shows a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the embodiment, but as is also clear from FIGS. 1 and 2,
This window device forms a double window structure with a rain door 1 and a sliding glass door 3. The floor surface 11 forms steps so as to be gradually lower from the inside to the outside. Fitting holes 8 (the same applies to fitting holes 9) are provided in the same number as the armor plates 5 in the vertical direction. Each fitting hole 8 is formed so that the armor plate 5 fitted therein can be tilted toward the door side from a vertical position to an inclined position not exceeding the thickness t of each stile 1a, 1b, 1c. 12 is a slit formed in the armor plate 5. Reference numeral 13 designates an engaging pawl formed on the armor plate 5 for closing. These will be discussed further later. FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the armor plate 5. armor plate 5
is made transparent, for example from a plastic extrusion. The armor plate 5 has both ends 5a that fit into the fitting holes 8 and 9 of the vertical stile 1b or the intermediate stile 1c.
It consists of a central part 5b located between the stile 1b and 1c, and engaging claws 13 for closing are integrally formed at the upper and lower ends of the central part 5b. Engagement claw 1
3, the vertical wall 13a is located at the center of the thickness of the armor plate 5, and the vertical wall 13a faces in opposite directions by the upper and lower engaging claws 13. The slit 12 is formed in a rectangular shape extending from the center of one end surface of the both end portions 5a of the armor plate 5 to almost the entire thickness center of the armor plate 5. It is preferable to attach rubber for cushioning purposes to the portions of both ends 5a of the armor plate 5 that contact the fitting holes 8 and 9, and to the surface of the vertical wall 13a of the engaging claw 13. FIG. 6 is a partially enlarged view of the AA cross section in FIG. 4. The armor plate 5 whose end portion 5a protrudes from the fitting hole 8 into the hollow part 6 of the vertical stile 1b can be moved along the fitting hole 8 as shown by the P arrow, and both the upper and lower armor plates 5, 5 When in a vertical position, the engaging claws 13, 1 of the upper and lower armor plates 5, 5
3 come into contact with each other and completely shut off the inside and outside. On the other hand, when the armor plates 5 are tilted, air inside and outside flows between the armor plates 5. The light-shielding curtain 10 is made of a soft opaque sheet made of, for example, a vinyl sheet, and may also be made of a heat-insulating material. Note that the light-shielding curtain that enters and leaves the slit 12 is omitted in FIG. In FIG. 7, the light-shielding curtain 10 is constructed so that its tip 10a is attracted to a magnet. The structure may be formed by applying magnetic powder or by attaching other ferromagnetic members. In order to move the light-shielding curtain 10 into and out of the slit 12, a magnet is brought into contact with the surface of the armor plate 5 from the outside.
Adjust by moving this to the left or right. That is, when shielding light, if the magnet is moved along the armor plate 5 from the vertical stile 1b side to the intermediate stile 1c side, the light shielding curtain 10 will penetrate deeply into the slit 12 as indicated by the Q arrow in FIG. to block light. Also, when letting in sunlight, by operating the magnet in the opposite direction, the light shielding curtain 10 can be turned to R.
Move back in the direction of the arrow and remove the light shield. The light-shielding curtain 10 is designed so that its tip 10a does not slip out of the slit 12 even in its most retracted position. The part of the light-shielding curtain 10 that has come out of the slit 12 is held in a hanging state by the vertical stile 1b and the hollow part 6. 10b is a bent portion of the light-shielding curtain 10. The light-shielding curtain 10 is moved in and out of the hollow portion 6 into the slit 12 with respect to the entire armor plate 5, as shown by the imaginary arrow S in FIG. Next, Table 1 shows an example of how to use the window device of the embodiment.

The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and is a window device having a shutter that is constructed by attaching a plurality of transparent armor plates to a stile, and each armor plate can be opened and closed, and each armor plate can also block light. Therefore, it becomes possible to enhance the role of a rain door, which has been excluded from the concept of a window, to an effective component that can work together with other members (for example, glass doors) as a window device. In particular, according to the present invention, the shutters can be effectively used day and night and throughout the four seasons, so that the indoor environment can be improved as a window device. Further, according to the present invention, since the armor plate made of a transparent body is used, it is possible to let in sunlight. Since the armor plates can be opened and closed, ventilation can be controlled. Since the light-shielding curtain can be moved in and out of the slits in the armor plate, it is possible to control lighting and blocking. Moreover, it is possible to easily control the combination of requirements such as whether ventilation is necessary or not, and whether lighting is necessary or not. These controls enable effective use of solar energy and outdoor air throughout the year and night, making it possible to save energy for adjusting the indoor environment. If the blackout curtain is made of a heat insulating material, it will block solar heat in the summer and increase the cooling effect, and in the winter, the heating effect will be enhanced by preventing heating heat from escaping outside. Furthermore, if the rain door and the glass door are configured in a double structure, the above effects can be further enhanced by joint use of both. If the light-shielding curtain made of the heat insulating material and the double structure are employed, the cooling effect and heating effect can be further enhanced.
