振動子1をケース2内にスポンジその他の緩衝材
3を介して配設して前記一対の電極をケース2に
装着する端子4,4′に可撓リード線にて接続
し、超音波振動子1に貫通固定する軸5に円錘皿
状の共振板6の頂部を貫通固定し、共振板6の内
面をケース2の保護網を張架した開口部8に対向
