度調節も可能となる。第4図においては、固定ク
ランプ5の両ジヨー4,6間に、ピン8の係合溝
を設けた中間ジヨーパツド又は中間座金4′を、
ねじ7に回転自在に遊嵌させている。この構成に
よれば、ジヨー6と中間座金4′からなるピン保
持部を、固定ジヨー4に関して回動することがで
き、ピン8のロツド軸と垂直な軸周りの任意の角
度調節を行なうことが可能となる。第5図におい
ては、可動クランプ9の両ジヨー10,11間
に、上記固定クランプ5同様中間ジヨーパツド又
は中間座金12′が介装されている。したがつ
て、ピン保持部がブロツク12と中間座金12′
との間の摺動面17に関して回動することが可能
となり、この場合も、可動クランプ9に保持され

An elongated metal rod equipped with first and second clamps that hold a plurality of pins is provided with an elongated hole that passes through parallel opposing sides of the metal rod and extends from the upper end to the lower end of the metal rod, A lead screw is rotatably supported on the upper and lower ends of the metal rod, and has the same width as the elongated hole and is screwed into a jaw of at least one of the two clamps, and is screwed into the lead screw. 1. A small external fixation device for bone lengthening, characterized in that a block with a screw hole is provided in a protruding manner, and a sliding surface is formed on the jaw for contacting a side surface of a metal rod. 6. Protruding blocks having the same width as the elongated holes on the jaws of the two clamps and forming a sliding surface with the side surface of the metal rod, and screw holes with different threading directions in both blocks, 6. The small external fixing device according to claim 5, wherein the threaded portions to be screwed into the threaded holes of both blocks are formed separately into an upper half and a lower half of the lead screw.
