本発明はタイヤ加硫機用ブラダの改良に関する

タイヤ加硫機においてタイヤを加硫するためブ
ラダと称するゴム製部材を使用する型式のタイヤ
加硫機があり、従来、第1図及び第2図に示すよ

スタンデングポスト型のタイヤ加流機では、加
硫終了後、タイヤからブラダを取出す際、ブラダ
内に真空をかけブラダをその軸線方向に機械的に
伸長させるが、上記のように、ブラダの肉厚が同
じである場合、ブラダの上下方向各部における断
面の断面積が異なつてくるため、各部の応力の違
いにより、部分的に無理な応力がかかり、このた
めブラダの寿命を短かくする問題があつた。特
に、タイヤ品質向上、グリーンタイヤの内径に近
い外径を特つたブラダを使用することが望ましい
が、ラジアルタイヤの場合、グリーンタイヤの径
が製品タイヤの径に近く、ブラダ外径を大きくし
たいが、加硫済タイヤからブラダを取出す際、ブ
ラダを使用することが望ましいが、ラジアルタイ
ヤの場合、グリーンタイヤの径が製品タイヤの径
に近く、ブラダ外径を大きくしたいが、加硫済タ
イヤからブラダを取出す際、ブラダ外径をタイヤ
のビード径より小さくしてブラダを通す必要があ
り、このため、ブラダの伸長を大きくしなければ
ならず、断面積の小さい部分に無理な応力がかか
り、ブラダの寿命を短かくする原因となつてい
