取るときには厚肉部を形成するようにした樹脂管
の製造方法において、外径規制装置が、口金に連
設される第1の外径規制装置と、口金と離れて設
けられ、且つ冷却状態にある第2の外径規制装置
とからなり、高速度で引取る際には、第1の外径
規制装置を用いることなく第2の外径規制装置の
みにより樹脂管の外径を規制させることを特徴と
する樹脂管の製造方法に存する。

分21,22が閉合時にはその内面と樹脂管Aと
の間の空気が排出され、これによつて樹脂管Aが
装置2の内面に密接するようにされ、また装置2
には冷却媒体が循環するようにもされている。
