It relied on double-flange wheels 21 as shown in FIG. The former requires a gap G' with the floor F on both sides of the guide rail 23, and when other road vehicles such as trucks cross the road, the wheels of the truck fall into this gap G' and cannot cross, and the latter requires a gap G' on both sides of the guide rail 23. The difference in turning radius between the inside and outside causes slippage on the wheel tread f.
Not only did it increase running resistance, but it also suffered from severe wear, making it impractical.

B' is a flange surface K that is subject to lateral pressure because it rolls independently even if there is a difference in the radius of curvature due to the width dimension of the guide rail 23, so there is little slippage, it is easy to rotate along the curvature, and it is subject to lateral pressure (Fig. 3). Less wear.

A, 7B, 7A', 7B' have little slippage and wear, and not only can they easily travel on curved tracks with a small radius of curvature, but also the gap G between the floor F and the guide rail 23 can be made small, making it easy for road vehicles to cross. There is an effect that can be achieved.

In Figure 2, 7A, 7B or 7A', 7
B′) is the vertical axis 16
Since the front bogie frame 3 attempts to rotate around the center, the direction in which the guide rail 23 extends and the direction in which the wheels travel do not match, and the frictional resistance between them increases, leading to a risk of derailment. Therefore, if the front bogie frame 3 is fixed so that it does not move relative to the bogie frame 2, the rotation of the front bogie frame 3 will be eliminated and the running will be stable on a straight section. A large difference occurs between the rails and the direction in which the rails extend, and as a result, the frictional resistance between the two increases, which may lead to derailment. For this reason, it is necessary to provide two sets of steering wheels, front and rear in the direction of travel with the vertical axis 16 as the center, so that there is no large difference in direction between them and the guide rail 23.
