(B) Background of the Invention When lifting a load using a lifting device such as a crane or hoist, a sling rope is hung over the load, and the end of the sling rope is hooked to the hook of the lifting device and the load is lifted. It is made into a shape that can be hung on a hook by applying eye processing to the end.

This sling rope has a tendency to rotate in the direction of untwisting the rope when the tension is high, so when it is lifted, the load is affected by this and tilts or rotates. Sling ropes began to be used.

Braided sling ropes are highly needed because they not only rotate less when tension is applied, but are highly flexible, and are excellent in terms of handling and safety. Because it is difficult to do this, the tension applied to the sling rope is not evenly distributed across the woven ropes, resulting in a weakening of the sling rope.

When manufacturing conventional braided sling ropes,
For example, in the case of an 8-piece configuration, a rope that is 8 times longer than the specified sling length is folded in half and bent into a U shape, leaving one rope intact and the other rope having the length required for the sling. Fold it back and insert rope 3 between ropes 1 and 2 that were twisted together earlier, as shown in Figure 4, and twist them together.Furthermore, fold it back and twist it so that rope 4 fits between ropes 2 and 1. . Next, as shown in Fig. 5, the rope 5 is connected to the rope 2,
Weave it in the opposite direction to ropes 1, 2, 3, and 4 so that it passes under rope 4 and over ropes 1 and 3,
Fold it back at the end and weave the rope 6 in the opposite direction to the rope 5, passing under the ropes 3 and 1 and over the ropes 4 and 2, as shown in FIG. Braid the rope 7 so that it passes over the ropes 1 and 3, fold it back at the end, and thread the rope 8 along with the rope 6, passing under the ropes 3 and 1 and over the ropes 4 and 2. A braided sling rope with eyes 9 at both ends was manufactured by braiding and joining the ends of rope 1 and rope 8 by satsuma processing or the like.

In this method, the end of a long rope is inserted and pulled out between the ropes many times to weave it, which takes time and makes it difficult to make the length of each braided unit the same. Since the tension applied to the sling is not evenly distributed among the constituent ropes, the strength of the sling rope is low, and therefore, this method has been limited to short lengths with a small number of constituent ropes.

(C) Purpose of the Invention The present invention allows for the easy and quick production of a braided sling rope in which the constituent ropes consisting of multiple wheels are evenly distributed, and also allows for the production of a long braided sling rope with a large number of constituent ropes. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a braided sling rope.

First, after forming four rings with one rope,
Leaving the part necessary to form the eye at one end, bundle the rings together and form rings 11 and 13 into A as shown in Figure 1.
Groups 12 and 14 are divided into Group B, and the ropes constituting one loop are set as one set.As shown in Fig. 2, the group A of 11 and 13 is moved to the right, and the rope 12 of group B is divided into group B.
and 14 are knitted in the left direction to form the shape shown in FIG. 3, and then the ends of 11 are spliced by satsuma processing or the like, and the eyes 19, 19 portions are sheathed and wound to produce a braided sling rope.

The above-mentioned braiding method involves braiding from one end of the sling, but it is also possible to braid from the center of the sling to both ends. Although the constituent ropes intersect at the center of the rope, there is no problem in practical use.

It is also possible to make the same number of loops with Z-twisted rope and S-twisted rope, and for example, weave the Z-twisted rope to the left and the S-twisted rope to the right. (F) Effects of the Invention According to this invention, a braided sling rope can be manufactured by one braiding process, and production is easy because there is no need to insert the long rope end between ropes many times as in the conventional method. It is now possible to produce long braided sling ropes with a large number of components, and since the lengths of each component rope can be evenly interwoven, the load is evenly distributed to each component, resulting in a strong braided sling rope. be able to.
