DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a wiring tool used when winding wires for the purpose of electrical connection, and which is particularly simple in structure and easy to manufacture, and which can be used for winding, unwinding and continuous wiring. The purpose is to provide a tool that has three winding functions at the same time.

Figure 1-A and Figure 1-B show the state of wire 1 and terminal 2 that are wrapped and wired.
As shown in Figure A, only the bare part of the covered wire, that is, the core wire, is wound (this is called standard winding), and as shown in Figure 1-B, the part of the wire that is covered with the sheath at the beginning of the winding. There is a method of wrapping the wire around the terminal once and then wrapping the bare core wire around the terminal. Conventional tools for wrapping these wires generally have a structure as shown in Figure 2.
A bit 4 is rotatably placed inside a hollow cylindrical sleeve 3, and a terminal 2 is attached to the tip of this bit 4.
A terminal hole 41 for inserting the terminal 2, a wire hole 42 and a wire groove 44 for inserting the wire 1-2 are provided, and the bit 4 rotates around the terminal 2-2 inserted into the terminal hole 41. Therefore, wire 1-2 is connected to terminal 2-
It is wrapped around 2. During this winding process, in order to prevent the wire from being wrapped further on top of the already wrapped wire (this is called overlapping winding), the tip of the bit has a protrusion as shown in Figure 3. The wire contacting part 4-3 works to hold down the wire 4-1 and wrap it around the terminal 4-2 so that the wire 4-1 does not overlap and wrap around the terminal 4-2 as shown in Figure 4. do.

The basic structure and function of the conventional wire wrapping tool are as described above, but in manufacturing this type of wire wrapping tool, as shown in FIG. Since the bit 4 is of a rotating structure, it is difficult to manufacture both the sleeve 3 and the bit 4, and the terminal hole 41 and wire hole 42 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 are both small diameter and deep holes, so it is difficult to manufacture them. accompanied by difficulties.

Among these manufacturing problems, for the purpose of solving the former difficulty, we developed a bit 5 as shown in Figure 5.
A winding tool having a structure in which a sleeve 6 is attached that covers only the tip of the winding tool is generally known. This structure differs from the winding tool shown in Fig. 2 in that the sleeve 6 is fixed to the bit 5 and rotates together with the bit 5, but the sleeve 6 does not have the role of holding the wire to the bit 5. Since the length of the sleeve 6 is shorter than that of the winding tool shown in FIG. 2, it is easier to manufacture. However, in the case where the sleeve 6 is fixed to the tip of the bit 5 as shown in FIG.
Since the end of the terminal protrudes outside of the bit 5, the terminal 5-
When bit 5 is inserted into bit 2 and rotated for winding, the protruding electric wire 5-1 may come into contact with adjacent terminals (not shown) or other objects, preventing normal winding. , this is a major drawback.

This bit chip 9 has a terminal hole 91 passing through it in the axial direction of the cylindrical member, and a flat part 92 for receiving the coated electric wire and a flat part 94 for receiving the core wire are provided on one side of the outer circumference of the cylinder. The insertion depth when inserting the wrapping wire is determined by the flat portions 92 and 94.

In addition, in the standard winding shown in Figure 1-A,
Since there is no need to wrap the wire sheath, the flat parts 92 and 94 provided on the bit chip 9 do not need to be two-tiered, and only one flat part (not shown) is required.

Further, a wire contact portion 93 is provided at the tip of the bit chip 9, and serves to prevent overlapping winding. In addition, this electric wire contacting part 93 can be used once the electric wire is wound by inserting the winding tool into the terminal and rotating the winding tool in the opposite direction to the winding direction, as shown in FIG. The most end part 7-1 of the wrapped wire touches the wire contact part 93, and the wire is rotated in the direction of loosening, so the wire bulges along the inside of the pipe 8, and this effect causes the wire to unwind. It functions to unwind the attached wire.

The plane parts 92 and 94 of the bit chip 9 coincide with the direction of the plane part 71 of the handle 7 explained with reference to FIG. To easily know the direction of the hole into which the electric wire is inserted based on the direction of the flat surface 71 of the handle 7 without looking into the tip and confirming the position of the hole into which the electric wire is inserted, that is, the position of the flat parts 92 and 94 of the bit chip 9. We are trying to improve work efficiency by making things possible.

In addition, in the winding tool according to the present invention, the electric wire to be wound is passed from the tip of the pipe 8, through the inside thereof, and further through the inside of the handle 7, so that the electric wire of any length can be wrapped in the state shown in FIG. It is possible to pass 8-1.

A detailed explanation has been given using one embodiment of the present invention, but to summarize the effects of this invention, in addition to the winding function as a winding wiring tool, it has three functions: a rewinding function and a continuous winding function. In addition to the extremely advantageous functionality of having multiple functions at the same time, the winding tool of this invention is extremely easy to manufacture as it does not require difficult machining such as small diameter deep holes and wire grooves unlike conventional winding tools. It can be implemented in

does not have the wire contacting part 93 shown in Fig. 6-B in the above-mentioned embodiment, but instead has the wire contact part 93 shown in Fig. 9-A,
As shown in Figure 9-C, a wire contacting part 11-1 is provided in which the tip of the pipe 11 is deformed inward, thereby preventing overlapping winding during winding and preventing winding during unwinding. In some cases, it acts as a contact part at the final end of the wire and loosens the wound wire.

In this embodiment, it is necessary to provide a wire contacting part 11-1 at the tip of the pipe 11, but the bit chip 10 is easier to process than the other embodiment described above, and the resulting winding The function as a tool, the unwinding function and the continuous winding function are all similar to the effects of the previous embodiment.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be implemented with various modifications without changing the gist thereof. For example, in the above embodiment, the handle 7 was fixed to the pipes 8, 11, but it may be possible to make the handle 7 removable or to provide a handle function to a part of the pipes 8, 11 without providing the handle 7. You can also do this. Further, at least the bit (including the pipe and the bit chip) may be used for other means than manual operation. Further, the shapes of the pipes 8, 11 and the bit chips 9, 10 are not limited to cylindrical shapes, but may be other shapes. The wrapping terminal holes 91 of the bit chips 9 and 10 do not necessarily have to be passed through. Further, there may be a plurality of planar electric wire contacting parts 11-1 formed on the inner circumferential surface of the end face of the pipe 11, and any means for forming the electric wire contacting parts 11-1 may be used. It suffices if the electric wire contact portion is formed.
