2 or hydraulic plates 02' Endless cloth for each stage 0
1 is run around the board 02. These are opposed plates 02 or hydraulic plates 02'
Each pair of fabrics 01 is made of two pieces of cloth 01 between them, and these fabrics 01 are made of relatively thick and durable cloth with emphasis on strength for the purpose of applying high pressure, squeezing, and running mechanically. Currently, 01 is used. Using thick cloth 01 is the original purpose of the filter press. Effective dehydration
This has the exact opposite effect from smooth cake peeling. Multifilament cloth is commonly used as the thick cloth 01, but this generally has fine mesh and poor dewatering efficiency, and also has drawbacks such as strong cake adhesion and poor peelability.

In a filter press consisting of a plate or a plate and a hydraulic plate, reversing rollers are arranged at least above and below the plate,
An endless filter cloth is formed by connecting a front filter cloth made of monofilament filter cloth and a back filter cloth whose mesh is coarser than that of the front filter cloth, and the same endless filter cloth is placed in front of the filtering surface of the filter plate. The front filter cloth and the back filter cloth are freely runnable around the reversing roller so that the two sheets are overlapped with the same back filter cloth on the inside, and the endless filter cloth is placed in the vertical direction of the filter plate. It is characterized by being equipped with a means for running it, and consists of two types of cloth tied together endlessly and passed around a roller, with a monofilament cloth with good permeability placed on the top side and a coarser cloth placed on the back side. It is a filter press that can be used as a reinforcing material, and can improve permeability and cake releasability by running the cloth using an endless shape.

The outer fabric is made of monofilament cloth with excellent releasability, and the lining fabric 4 is a coarse mesh cloth used for the purpose of reinforcing the outer fabric 3. The outer fabric 3 is sewn to the lining fabric 4 at the upper and lower parts, respectively, so as to be connected in an endless manner, and is then passed around the upper and lower reversing rollers 2. A bag-shaped part for passing the cloth bar 10 is provided at a suitable place at the bottom of the lining cloth 4 (the outer cloth 3 may be used, but in that case it will be at a suitable place at the top), and both ends of the cloth bar 10 passed through this are provided. is attached to a guide block 8 which is guided by a guide rail 11 and is movable up and down via a telescopic member (for example, a plate spring) (not shown). A slide block 6 (which may be a roller) is attached to the outer end of the guide block 8, and is inserted into a pair of lifting beams 7 that move up and down so that it can slide laterally. The elevating beam 7 is connected to an elevating drive device (not shown).

When the pair of lifting beams 7 are simultaneously moved upward by a drive device (not shown), the fabric bar 10 is moved upward via the guide block 8 and the backing fabric 4 is pulled up.As a result, the outer fabric 3 is pulled down via the lower reversing roller 2. It will be done. Further, the backing cloth 4 is pulled up via the upper reversing roller 2 by the pulling-down operation of the outer cloth 3.

Fall. When the elevating beam 7 reaches the upper limit, it moves back and returns to the starting position. Further, since the guide block 8 is connected to the fabric bar 10, it moves up and down without meandering, and serves to prevent the fabric from steering.

のアツプで防止できる。 Conventional cloth running type filter presses prioritize strength at the expense of dehydration and cake removability, and use thick, durable cloth. Relatively thin monofilament cloth, such as monofilament cloth, which has good cake releasability, can be used for the cloth running type, and leakage of stock solution from the pressure contact surface of the plate, which can be said to be the fate of filter presses, can be avoided by stacking two cloths (4 cloths in total). This can be prevented by increasing the seal effect.
