This drying equipment using a rotary conveyance system pours excrement into one end of a wide, long, shallow concrete processing groove installed in a plastic greenhouse with both ends open, and uses a rotating wheel that can move in the length direction of the processing groove. This equipment transports the manure along the length of the processing groove and spreads it out, releasing moisture into the air and drying it through ventilation. In some cases, a processing trench with a width of 6m and a length of 100m is required, and the manure poured into the processing trench contains more than 90% water and is sticky, so it takes a long time to dry. Furthermore, the foul odor and the occurrence of flies, maggots, etc. are severe, and this has become a pollution problem.

The purpose of the present invention is not only to eliminate the above-mentioned foul odors and the generation of flies, maggots, etc., but also to dispose of putrefactive foul odors in a relatively short time, without using fuel, using a relatively short processing groove. drying things,
It is merely an attempt to provide a processing device that can produce a processed product that can be used later as an excellent fertilizer without the negative effects of secondary fermentation.

Therefore, according to the present invention, a perishable material with a foul odor and strong coagulability, such as livestock manure, is stored in a sealed reaction drum in a state containing sufficient moisture of 60% or more. Calcium oxide is added in this reaction drum, and the material to be treated is splashed into the upper space of the reaction tank by the stirring blade rotating inside the reaction drum and scattered. Calcium oxide powder is added to this scattered stream to cause a reaction, and the treated material thus reacted is discharged from the reaction drum, dehydrated by a water separation filter, and then conveyed into a processing groove. Configure to dry.

以下、本発明を図面につき説明する。 The invention will now be explained with reference to the drawings.

In the drawing, reference numeral 1 indicates a lower part 1a housing a number of radially extending stirring blades 3 rotated by a rotating shaft 2, and a stirring blade as described in Japanese Patent Application No. 124647/1982. This shows a reaction drum having an upper part 1b for defining a space for allowing alternate contact due to scattering of the processed materials that have been thrown up, and an outlet 4 with an opening/closing gate provided at the central lower end of the reaction drum 1. One end of the inclined gutter 5 is connected to the sloping gutter 5, and the other end of the inclined gutter 5 is connected to the processing groove 6. For example, the processing groove 6 may have a structure similar to that of a conventionally known rotary conveyance device.
It can be made much shorter than conventional ones, and depending on the amount of processing, the length can be, for example, about 15 to 30 meters.

A suitable filter 7, such as a vinyl sponge sheet, is supported by a support frame 8 at the bottom of the end 6', and a water collection tank 9 is provided below the filter 7. It is configured so that water contained in the object to be treated is separated by a filter 7 and collected in a water collection tank 9.

Reference numeral 10 denotes a rotary wheel that is driven by a motor 11 and configured to rotate and move on the rail 12. In the illustrated example, a rotary wheel having the same structure as in a conventional rotary conveyance device is used.
Any other suitable method may be used to convey the workpiece poured into the processing groove 6 from the inclined gutter 5 toward the outlet end of the processing groove 6 while applying an action of bringing air into contact with the workpiece and a crushing or pulverizing action. A material having a structure can be used.

According to the present invention, using an apparatus as shown in the drawings, for example, cow manure, which is a putrescible waste with a foul odor and strong coagulability, is processed to contain 70% or more, for example, 95% water. Depending on the nature of the material to be treated and the moisture content, approximately 1/3 to 1/4 of the capacity of the reaction drum, for example, 1/3, is charged into the reaction drum 1. The stirring blade 3 is moved by the rotating shaft 2 in the lower part 1a of the reaction drum 1.
For example, rotate at a low speed such as 70-80 rpm.

As a result, the excrement is thrown up and scattered in the upper space of the reaction drum 1 in the form of fine particles by the rotating agitation blade 3. Special application 1984-124647
As described in the above, each stirring blade extending in the radial direction has a tip end inclined at an appropriate angle, and is mounted along the rotation axis with an appropriately varied pitch in the axial direction. The finely divided excrement forms a net-like curtain in the space above the reaction drum by countless scattered flows that intersect at an angle.

Next, 5 to 30%, for example 5%, of calcium oxide powder based on the weight of the excrement is added to the scattered stream of fine particles of this excrement, and the mixture is continuously stirred with a stirring blade.
As a result, the excrement, calcium oxide, water, and oxygen and carbon dioxide gas in the space react, and the calcium hydroxide reacts, in other words, the ionized sol-like H ions are taken out and the electrons are returned to non-ionic H. Due to the reaction caused by the composition, particles with an electronic structure coated with calcium bicarbonate are rapidly formed around the organic hydroxide salt, and the calcium bicarbonate makes the material to be treated alkaline, producing a bactericidal effect. Due to the oxidation effect of activated oxygen, malodorous components are decomposed into odorless components and water. This odorless component is produced as a calcium salt, and this calcium salt does not generate a foul odor due to putrefaction even if it comes into contact with air after the material to be treated is discharged from the reaction drum. Further, the gas generated in the reaction drum can be deodorized and released into the atmosphere by a suitable exhaust device, for example, through a deodorizing device as described in Japanese Patent Application No. 49260/1983.

The operation of the above-mentioned stirring blade 3 is stopped in a short period of about 5 minutes, and then the outlet 4 at the center lower end of the reaction drum 1 is opened and the material to be processed is transferred from inside the reaction drum 1 onto the inclined gutter 5. Flush it out. When a large amount of calcium oxide is added and the stirring blade 3 is operated for a long time, there is a drawback that gypsum formation occurs.

~10% of water is dehydrated. More importantly, as mentioned above, before processing in the reaction drum, the coagulable and sticky components of the processed material undergo a reaction in the reaction drum to remove sticky nitrogen, etc. By forming granules surrounded by calcium bicarbonate, the material to be treated is removed from the treatment drum as a slurry-like slurry in which fine solids are homogeneously dispersed and suspended.

This processed material flows into the processing groove 6 from the lower end outlet 4 of the processing drum 1, and is first passed through the filter 7 for 10 minutes.
~20% of water is removed, and filter 7
is less likely to become clogged over a long period of time. The reason for this is that calcium has the effect of removing sticky nitrogen and the like.

In this way, the moisture content of the material to be treated is reduced to about 60 to 70%, and the rotary wheel 10 transports the material into the processing groove 6 while scraping it up toward the outlet end, thereby removing the organic hydroxide salt. The particulate material coated with calcium bicarbonate comes into contact with air, and calcium carbonate is formed on the surface of the calcium bicarbonate layer over time by bonding with carbon dioxide in the air. The treated product is quickly dehydrated and dried through this reaction. In this way, the processed material, which is composed of granules with a calcium carbonate layer formed on the surface, does not coagulate with each other to form large lumps, but instead forms appropriately large granules by the crushing action of the rotating wheel. do.

The dried granular processed material obtained in this way does not generate a bad odor even when processed by leaving a large amount of water through a chemical reaction, and prevents the generation of flies, maggots, etc., and the dried processed material can be left in the open air. Even if you leave it alone and get covered in rain,
In addition, it does not absorb water even in high humidity surroundings, and contains organic matter and calcium, which makes the soil swell and improves its fertilizing ability. It can be used later as an excellent fertilizer for other crops with high calcium content.
