ことが要請され、しかも小型・軽量のトラクタの
開発が要求されているが、一般に、この種の要請
に対応して開発されたトラクタは、高出力大重量
のトラクタから単にスケールダウンして小型化し
た鋳造製のものであつたため、トラクタとしての
過酷な作業条件に耐え得る限度内での小型化及び
軽量化には限界があり、特に、湿田のような軟弱
地での耕うん作業等には尚対応しえない欠点があ
つた。

べて所要の強度を得難いという問題を、その板金
材の形状・構造の工夫によつて解消し、小型で充
分な強度を持ち、しかも充分な軽量化が達成で
き、そのうえ、組付けに際しても便利に使用でき
るトラクタのフレームを得ることを目的とする。

で、且つ、板金により筒形に形成されて成る伝動
軸被覆部の前端縁を溶着連結した点にあり、斯か
る構成から次の作用効果を奏する。

成する場合のような一般的技術、つまり、フレ
ーム全体をケースとみなした場合に、フレーム
の前後方向に沿つた分割面での分割により、ケ
ース容積に対する分割線の長さを長くしてプレ
ス加工などを行いやすくするという技術を採用
するのではなく、逆に、フレーム全体をケース
とみなした場合のケース容積に対しては分割線
の長さが短かくなる形態での分割である、クラ
ツチ収納部と伝動軸被覆部とでの輪切り状に分
割し、このように分割することで、クラツチ収
納部と伝動軸被覆部との接続部を、上下左右の
径方向での圧潰外力に対して剛性の優れた構造
とすることができて、板金製でありながらこの
フレーム全体の強度を顕著に向上できたもので
ある。つまり、上述の如くフレームを前後に分
割したことで、クラツチ収納部構造として形状
上の自由度が増し、これを椀状に形成すること
のできたものであり、その椀状に形成されたク
ラツチ収納部は、その底部をこれに接続される
伝動軸被覆部の前端縁に溶着連結されることに
より、椀状であることからクラツチ収納部の圧
潰強度が向上するとともに、フレーム全体の長
手方向の中間部に、前記クラツチ収納部の底部
による仕切り壁状の隔壁部分が形成されて、フ
レーム全体の径方向での圧潰に対する剛性をも
顕著に高めたものである。

必要な備品の設置のため、等の必要性から、そ
の形状が複雑に成り易く、また、フレーム全体
の表面積に対する表面積の割合に小さいクラツ
チ収納部を、単純な左右あるいは上下対称とし
なくとも、上下または左右、あるいはその両方
で非対称な自由な形状として一つの金型で成型
加工することができ、また、形状としては比較
的シンプルなものでよく、かつ、フレーム全体
の表面積に対する表面積の割合が比較的大きい
