しめることによつて金属薄板2の凹凸模様2aの
化粧面2bにおける凹部裏面2bがこのシート層
4と表層3aにいく分くいこんで固着するもので
ある。すなわち、金属薄板2と石膏ボード等3の
接合は、接着剤5の硬化による接着と、凹部裏面
2b′のくい込みによるアンカー効果によつて行わ
れ、一体化が強固になる。また石膏ボード等3は
コ字状の挟持部2dによつて保持する。

をツリゴマにて中心に向かつて水平に折り曲げ
る。これと同時にその先端を外方に折り曲げる。
この際金属薄板2背面と接触している石膏ボード
等3の表面は、第4図の如くの構造で固着くい込
み挟持される。この状態で石膏ボード等3は乾燥
炉24に送給され、その出口から第1図に示す構
造の複合板1が出てくる。この複合板1を取り出
し切断してみたところ、シート層4である石膏原
紙に凹凸模様2aが約1〜2mm位くい込んでい
た。
