する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a tube fitting which is interposed between the outer circumferential surface of a pipe fitted into a joint body of a pipe joint and a tapered inner circumferential surface formed on an inner circumferential surface of the joint body. The present invention relates to a tube deviation prevention member having a wedge-shaped cross-section and having a tapered surface along the tapered inner circumferential surface on the outer circumferential side and a sawtooth protrusion that bites into the outer circumferential surface of the tube on the inner circumferential surface.

This structure is easier to handle because it is lighter than one in which the tube deviation prevention member is made only of metal materials, and the outer tube made of elastic material and the inner tube made of metal can be separated and made separately. For example, the molded product is a mold for forming an outer cylinder made of an elastic material, compared to one in which a metal inner cylinder is placed in a mold for molding an outer cylinder made of an elastic material and integrally molded. It is desirable to construct a tube deviation prevention member using a combination of an elastic material and a metal material, since it has the advantage of being easy to manufacture.

As shown in the technique disclosed in Publication No. 35619, a steel pipe or the like is cut to form bite protrusions that bite into the outer peripheral surface of the pipe, so it takes time to manufacture the bite protrusions. In addition, since the biting protrusion is a continuous protrusion along the circumferential direction, it is difficult to bite into the tube completely, and furthermore, since there is no biting protrusion on the outer surface that bites into the outer cylinder made of elastic material, There was a drawback that the locking effect on the outer cylinder made of elastic material was not reliable.

めんとするものである。 In view of the above-mentioned points, the present invention facilitates the production of the biting protrusion of the metal inner cylinder of the tube deviation prevention member, ensures reliable locking action with the outer cylinder made of elastic material, and furthermore, The present invention aims to provide a metal inner cylinder of a member for preventing pipe deviation from which the pipe can be reliably pulled out using the insertion protrusion.

In the above-mentioned member for preventing deviation of a pipe in a pipe joint configured by a combination of an outer tube made of an elastic material and an inner tube made of metal, the inner tube made of metal is configured from a thin plate material, and the thin plate material The feature is that biting protrusions that protrude in opposite directions are formed by punching on both the front and back surfaces at appropriate intervals in the circumferential direction and the axial direction.

て、管の抜出しを防止することができる。 In addition, since the biting protrusions are provided on both the front and back sides of the plate surface, when the tube is pulled out, the tip of each protrusion is pulled toward both the outer circumferential surface of the tube and the inner circumferential surface of the elastic outer cylinder. It is possible to prevent the pipe and the joint body from being pulled out by integrating the pipe and the joint body while preventing the pipe from biting into the pipe and from shifting its position relative to the outer cylinder made of an elastic material.

る。 Furthermore, since the biting protrusions are independent from each other, they bite into the outer peripheral surface of the tube more easily than protrusions that are continuous in the circumferential direction of the tube. Since it is a biting protrusion with a bulging three-dimensional protruding curved surface, it will fall over when the protrusion is subjected to a force in the opposite direction to the tube extraction direction, for example, when a biting protrusion is formed by ejecting an upright tongue piece. The postures of the protrusions are maintained constant and strong, and it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a situation where the tube and the protrusion lose their mutual integrity and the tube is pulled out.

The projections 16 and 17 are formed into a three-dimensional protruding curved surface in which the amount of protrusion decreases as the distance increases in the direction, and the protrusion directions of the protrusions 16 and 17 are opposite in the ring axis direction on the inner and outer surfaces, and the protrusions 17 on the inner surface are The protrusion 16 on the outer surface of the pipe 23 protrudes inward in a direction opposite to the direction in which the connected pipe 23 deviates from the connecting pipe 23 and contacts a partially arcuate ring 19 made of an elastic material, which will be described later. They are designed to bite into the elastic ring 19 in a direction that prevents the detachment action caused by the tube dislodgement force.
