(Background of the Invention) Dried seaweed seasonings are broadly classified into liquid seasonings such as soy sauce and edible oil, and powdered seasonings such as salt and various chemical seasonings. Among these, it is relatively easy to uniformly apply liquid seasonings to dried seaweed to season it, but it is extremely difficult to uniformly sprinkle powdered seasonings, especially small amounts of powdered seasonings, on dry seaweed.

(Summary of the Invention) According to the present invention, a storage tank for powdered seasoning is disposed above the dried seaweed transport path, and an opening for discharging the seasoning is formed in the lower part of the storage tank. A roll having a plurality of thin grooves formed along its circumferential direction is disposed below the opening, with its outer peripheral surface in contact with the opening, and by rotating the roll, each fine groove is formed. The powdered seasoning that has entered the groove is sprinkled evenly onto the dried seaweed below. In order to ensure that the powdered seasoning in the tank enters the narrow grooves, a scraper is provided that slides along the outer circumferential surface of the roll, and the powdered seasoning that has entered each narrow groove is directed downwards. A scraping member is provided, the tip of which is fitted into each of the narrow grooves, and a sieve that is reciprocated below the roll is provided. According to the present apparatus configured in this way, the powdered seasoning can be uniformly sprinkled onto the dried seaweed being transported along the transport path.

A plurality of rod-shaped scraping members 10 bent into a hook shape are attached to the frame 9 at equal intervals, and the tip of each scraping member 10 is fitted into each of the narrow grooves 8. Scraping member 10
is for scraping out the powdered seasoning a filled in the narrow grooves 8 from the narrow grooves 8 with the rotation of the roll 5 and causing it to fall downward. Reference numeral 11 is a sieve, which is disposed directly below the roll 5. One end 11a of the sieve 11 is slidably mounted on a frame 12, and the other end 11b is supported by a drive plate 13. The drive plate 13 is an L-shaped plate, and its bent portion is pivotally attached to the frame 40 by a pin 14, and its lower surface is in contact with an eccentric cam 15, so that the drive plate 13 is rotated by a motor (not shown) of the cam 15. Accordingly, the drive plate 13 reciprocates around the pin 14, and the sieve 11 also reciprocates in the left-right direction, thereby sieving the seasoning a that has fallen from the roll 5 further downward onto the dried seaweed 2 that is being conveyed. It's starting to drop.

The engagement plate 28 is pivotally attached to a fixed frame 38 with a pin 39, and the upper end of a connecting rod 29 is pivotally attached to the bent portion 28a, and the lower end of the connecting rod 29 is attached to the tip of the rotating plate 30. It is attached to the shaft. The rear end of the rotary plate 30 is pivotally supported by a frame 41 via a pin 31, and a roller 32 is pivotally attached to a portion slightly closer to the tip thereof. Reference numeral 33 is a ratchet wheel, and a large number of claw portions 33a are protruded from the outer peripheral surface of the ratchet wheel 33 at equal intervals, and the roller 32 is in contact with the peripheral surface of the ratchet wheel 33. Reference numeral 34 denotes a drive sprocket as a drive unit, which is coaxially attached to the rotating shaft 6 together with the roll 5 and ratchet wheel 33, and is driven via a chain 35 by a motor (not shown).

The rotation of the motor (not shown) is transmitted to the rotating shaft 6 via the chain 35 and sprocket 34, and the rotation of the rotating shaft 6 causes the roll 5 and ratchet wheel 33 to rotate.
The ratchet wheel 33 rotates, and its claw portion 33a touches the roller 32.
, the roller 32 is pushed up by the height of the claw portion 33a, and the rotating plate 30 connected to the roller 32 is pushed up.
rotates slightly counterclockwise about the pin 31 (see chain line in Figure 3). As the rotating plate 30 rotates, the connecting rod 29 is pushed upward, and the engaging plate 28 rotates about the pin 39 like a pendulum of a clock. Therefore, the drive rod 25 moves to the right in FIG. 2, and each of the scraping rods 23 rotates counterclockwise around the pin 22 (see chain lines in FIG. 2). At this time, the tip of each scraping body 24 slides while lightly caressing the outer peripheral surface of the roll 4 in the axial direction, so that the powdered seasoning a in the storage tank 3 is transferred into the narrow groove 8 by the scraping body 24. It can be scraped in securely (see Figure 4). Further, the roller 32 is connected to the claw portion 3.
When you escape from 3a and descend to the solid line position in Figure 3,
The drive rod 25 is biased by the spring 36 and moves to the left in the opposite direction to the above, and at this time also, the powdered seasoning a in the storage tank 3 is scraped into each narrow groove 8 by the scraper body 24. . That is, although it is difficult for the powdered seasoning a to enter the narrow grooves 8 reliably, by sliding the scraper body 24 along the rolls 5 as described above, the powdered seasoning a can be scraped securely into each of the narrow grooves 8. Can be put in. Further, by reciprocating the scraping body 24 on the outer circumferential surface of the roll 5, clogging of the narrow grooves 8 can be prevented, and the amount of seasoning a that enters the narrow grooves 8 can also be prevented from becoming inconsistent.

Now, the seasoning a that has been scraped into each narrow groove 8 is
As the roll 5 rotates, it rotates downward in the storage tank 3, is scraped out from the narrow groove 8 by each scraping member 10, and falls into the sieve 11 (see FIG. 5). That is, the seasoning a that has entered the narrow groove 8 is difficult to fall from the narrow groove 8 due to its adhesive force, but by providing the scraping member 10 in this way, it can be scraped out from the narrow groove 8 reliably. It can be done. The seasoning a that has fallen into the sieve 11 is sprinkled onto the dried seaweed 2 that is being conveyed below by the above-mentioned reciprocating drive of the sieve 11. This sieve 11 is used to uniformly sprinkle the seasoning a onto the dried seaweed 2 while dispersing it. The dried seaweed 2 thus seasoned with the seasoning a is sent to the next process by the conveyor 1. Note that if a liquid seasoning such as edible oil is applied in advance before sprinkling the powdered seasoning a on the dried seaweed 2 as described above, the powdered seasoning a will adhere to the dried seaweed 2 very easily.

By the way, the amount of sprinkled seasoning a is determined by the size and number of the narrow grooves 8 and the rotation speed of the roll 5, so when using the same roll 5,
By changing the rotational speed of the roll 5, a desired amount of seasoning a can be sprinkled onto the dried seaweed 2. Therefore, by forming the narrow grooves 8 small and reducing the rotational speed of the roll 5, a very small amount of seasoning can be sprinkled onto the dried seaweed 2. The powdered seasoning a can be sprinkled uniformly on the front surface of the dried seaweed 2 and stably for a long period of time.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, in the present invention, since the narrow groove 8 is formed in the circumferential direction of the roll 5, the thin groove 8 is formed in the circumferential direction of the roll 5. ,
The roll 5 can be rotated smoothly, and the scraping member 10 fitted into the narrow groove 8 does not become an obstacle to the rotation of the roll 5, so that the roll 5 can be rotated smoothly. Further, the seasoning a is reliably put into the narrow groove 8 formed in the roll 5 by the scraping member 24, and after the seasoning a that has entered therein is reliably scraped out by the scraping member 10, it is dispersed by the sieve 11.
The powdered seasoning a can be uniformly sprinkled over the entire surface of the dried seaweed 2 that is transported on the transport path 1.
