【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、計量した生海苔を水と均一に混合
して海苔機に移送する際用いる海苔の自動調合装
置に関するものである。

車によつて等量宛計量された海苔が落下口より落
下する際に団塊になり易い為、これをほぐすこと
を目的としてエアジエツトを吹き出すようにした
考案(実公昭58−20150号)が提案されている
が、落下した生海苔を水と均一に混合する点にお
いて未だ不十分であつた。

図、第11図)、前記扇形覆板8と対向している
底板2の一部に落下口9が穿設される。落下口9
は分割車の一区画(二枚の分割板で囲まれた部
分)より狭くなつている。前記落下口9の中央下
方には給水管10が横設され、給水管10には噴
水孔11が設けてある。前記分割車、覆板9およ
び回転軸3,4を収容した有底筒状部が計量室を
構成している。前記落下口9の下方にはシユート
38付の撹拌室12が連設されており、該シユー
ト底は撹拌室底より若干高くしてあり、撹拌室1
2には羽根13付の撹拌軸14が横に架設され、
撹拌軸14の一端部に受水羽根15が同一円周上
へ等間隔に配設されている(第6図、第7図)。

15に注水されるので、撹拌軸14は矢示26の
方向へ回転し、撹拌室12内の海苔は羽根13に
より撹拌されて濃度一定の均一混合物となり、矢
示27のようにシユート38を経て次工程へ送ら
れる。図中29は機体、30は排出シユート、3
1は送水管、32は海苔槽への給水管、33は給
水管10への分岐管、34は受水羽根15への給
水管、35は戻し管であつて、バルブ36の開度
により撹拌軸の回転力を調節し、バルブ37の開
度により給水管からの給水圧および給水量を調節
