の除去効率が悪いという欠点がある。 Conventionally, for removing floating sludge in a pressurized flotation tank or the like, many devices have been used that scrape up sludge using flights. However, because this method has a long raking distance, the sludge often escapes by passing under the flight, and not only is the removal of the floating sludge insufficient, but the floating sludge is disturbed by the movement of the flight. The disadvantage is that the sludge removal efficiency is poor because the sludge is dispersed or some of the floating sludge loses air bubbles and settles.

汚泥の除去装置を提供しようとするものである。 This invention was made with the aim of solving the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method, and a sludge conveying gutter having a screw conveyor is provided on a traveling frame that reciprocates the flotation tank, and the sludge conveying gutter is connected to the edge of the sludge conveying gutter. Then, a sludge scraping vane is installed, and as the traveling platform moves, the floating sludge is scraped off by the sludge scraping vane, and the sludge is thrown into the sludge transport gutter by the rotation of the scraper, and the sludge is transferred to the flotation tank by the screw conveyor. Let it drain into the trough,
It is an object of the present invention to provide a floating sludge removal device that reliably and efficiently scrapes and discharges floating sludge.

The raking body 12 is driven by the drive devices 10 and 16.
and the screw conveyor 9 by arrows b and c, respectively.
Rotate it like this. Therefore, as the traveling platform 4 moves forward, the floating sludge on the water surface is collected on the upper surface of the sludge scraping vane plate 11 as it advances, and the collected sludge is transferred to the sliding contact plate 15. The sludge is carried upward on the plate 11 and dropped into the sludge transport gutter 7 from its upper end. Then, by the action of the screw conveyor 9, the sludge is transported through the sludge transport gutter 7 toward one end thereof, and falls into the sludge flow outlet 8 trough 2.
It will be discharged from the trough 2 to the outside of the tank. If the bottom surface of the trough 2 is inclined, the fallen sludge will be naturally discharged along the slope, but the trough 2 may be provided with a separate means for forced discharge. Furthermore, when the traveling frame 4 is moving back, the driving devices 10 and 16 are stopped.
If the reciprocating movement of the traveling frame 4 is repeated in this way,
The floating sludge in the flotation tank 1 will be successively removed.

6, but these may be performed by a single drive device. In that case, a means for stopping the rotation of the screw conveyor 9 and the scraping body 12 when the traveling frame 4 moves back may be provided.

In the previous embodiment, the sludge scraping blade 11 was connected only to one side of the sludge conveying gutter 7, but in this embodiment, , the two sludge scraping vanes 11 and 11' are connected to each other so as to protrude from both ends of the sludge conveying gutter 7 in opposite directions. In this case, two scraped bodies 12, 1
2' are required, and their rotation directions are also opposite. In the device of this embodiment, when moving forward as indicated by arrow a, floating sludge is collected and scraped by the action of one sludge scraping blade 11 and scraping body 12, as in the previous embodiment. Meanwhile, the other scraped body 1
The rotation of the raking body 2' is paused, and when making a return movement as indicated by the arrow a', the rotation of one raking body 12 is stopped and the other raking body 12' is rotated. . As a result, floating sludge can be scraped and discharged not only when the traveling platform 4 moves forward but also when moving backward, and efficiency can be further improved.

A sludge scraping blade whose tip is submerged below the water surface is connected to the edge of the sludge transport gutter, and the sludge scraped by the blade is thrown into the sludge transport gutter by rotation of the scraper, and the sludge is scraped off. Since the Yukon conveyor is used to discharge the sludge to the trough outside the feed tank, the floating sludge on the water surface in the flotation tank can be reliably and efficiently scraped and discharged without being agitated. It has many excellent effects, such as being able to prevent sludge from settling due to its agitation and the disappearance of air bubbles. And, this invention device is not only a pressurized flotation tank, but also a pressurized flotation tank.
It can also be widely applied to collecting and removing floating sludge in sedimentation tanks, flotation separation tanks, etc.
