ーン16を用いることによつて前記ロツク現象を
なくすことができるのである。

ときにおける前ギヤの空転及びチエンの脱落をな

ヤの逆転と同時に前記アームを制動方向に揺動で
きるので、制動遅れなく、迅速に制動できるので
