ことができ、さらに構造が簡単であるので、概
設、新設を問わず簡単にかつ安価に実施すること
ができる等多くの優れた効果を発揮するものであ
る。

着シール部分11a′から押圧されてきた溶融樹脂
を位置させた貯溜部分11a″とから成るグローブ
部11aと、突出模様11b′を有する比較的幅広
なナール部11bと、該ナール部11bの終端を
形成するシールエンド部11cとを順に位置させ
たテール部11を成形するシール装置であつて、
前記受治具30および固体ホーン31の成形型面
を、前記グローブ部11aを成形するグローブ部
型30aおよび31aと、前記ナール部11bを
成形するナール部型30bおよび31bと、前記
シールエンド部11cを成形するシールエンド部
型30cおよび31cとを順に配列して構成し、
前記受治具30と固体ホーン31とを型締めした
状態で、対向する前記ナール部型30bと31b
およびシールエンド部型30cと31cとの間隔
を、前記グローブ部型30aと31aとの間隔よ
りも大きい値に設定して成る合成樹脂製チユーブ
容器のテール部シール装置。 2 合成樹脂製チユーブの開放された端部を受治

前記受治具30および固体ホーン31の成形型面
を、前記グローブ11aを成形するグローブ部型
30aおよび31aと、前記ナール部11bを成
形するナール部型30bおよび31bと、前記シ
ールエンド部11cを成形するシールエンド部型
30cおよび31cとを順に配列して構成し、前
記受治具30と固体ホーン31とを型締めした状
態で、対向する前記ナール部型30bと31bお
よびシールエンド部型30cと31cとの間隔
を、前記グローブ部型30aと31aとの間隔よ
りも大きい値に設定し、さらに前記扁平に押し潰
された端部の端面に接しかつ前記固体ホーン31
に接しないで前記受治具30に押え板32を固定
して成る合成樹脂製チユーブ容器のテール部シー
