Recently, some heating cookers, such as electric ovens, have a purifying film coated on the inner surface of an inner box that serves as a heating cooking chamber to oxidize and decompose deposits of oil and lipids. However, in this case, the inner box is
Because it is a box-shaped structure by combining two U-shaped plates to form a cylinder, and closing the back opening of this cylinder with a back plate,
The thickness of the purification film increases at the internal corner of the U-shaped plate material at the time of application, and as a result, during cooking, the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the purification film increases, causing the purification film to become thicker. There was a problem with cracks forming. Moreover, as described above, since the plate material is U-shaped, the workability of applying the purifying material to the inner surface of the plate material is poor and the application work is troublesome. In addition, since the plates and the back plate were connected using screws, it was troublesome to assemble the inner box.

An embodiment in which the present invention is applied to an inner box of an electric oven will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, 1 is an outer box, and a front frame 2 is attached to the edge of the front opening of this outer box. 3 is an inner box corresponding to the box body of the present invention, which is disposed inside the outer box 1 so that the front opening edge of the inner box 3 is fitted into the front frame 2; The interior of 3 is used as a heating cooking chamber 4. As is well known, an upper heater and a lower heater are provided in the heating cooking chamber 4, but they are omitted from the drawings because they have no direct relation to the present invention. 5 is a door for opening and closing the heating cooking chamber 4. Now, the inner box 3
In detail, in Fig. 2, 6 to 10
are upper wall plates, lower wall plates, and
These are the left wall plate, the right wall plate, and the back wall plate, and first the upper wall plate 6.
Let's talk about. That is, the upper wall plate 6 has a rectangular flat plate shape, and a plurality of claws 11 are provided in a hanging manner on each of the left and right edges and the rear edge, excluding the front edge. Claw 11 slightly inward from the edge
A protrusion 12 is formed that protrudes downward at a predetermined distance. Note that the lower wall board 7 is a board formed in the same way as the upper wall board 6 but turned upside down, and therefore has the same claws 11 and protrusions as the upper wall board 6. It has 12. Next, to describe the left wall plate 8, the left wall plate 8 also has a rectangular flat plate shape,
On the upper and lower edges of this, there are 1 collars that protrude outward.
3 and 13, respectively, and a plurality of claws 14 are provided on the rear edge to protrude inward. In addition, the right wall plate 9 is a plate material formed in the same manner as the left wall plate 8, but the left and right sides are reversed.
Therefore, similarly to the left side plate 8, the collars 13, 13 and the claws 14
has. Further, regarding the back wall plate 10, the back wall plate 10 is also in the shape of a rectangular flat plate, and flanges 15 projecting rearward are formed on the left and right edges and the upper and lower edges of the back wall plate 10, respectively. Each of the above-mentioned wall panels 6 to 10 has a purification coating 16 such as self-cleaning enamel formed on the inner surface, and the purification coating 16
has the property of oxidizing and decomposing fat and oil deposits that are deposited during cooking in an electric oven. From the state shown in FIG.
The lower edges of the left wall plate 8 and the right wall plate 9, that is, the lower flanges 13 of each are clamped between the back wall plate 1 and the back wall plate 1.
0, the lower edge, that is, the lower collar 15 is clamped. In this state, the flanges 15 on the left and right sides of the back wall plate 10 come into contact with the rear edges of the left wall plate 8 and the right wall plate 9, and are prevented from falling backward by the claws 14. After that, the upper edges of the left wall plate 8, right wall plate 9, and back wall plate 10, that is, the upper flanges 13, 13 in the above-mentioned state between the protrusion 12 of the upper wall plate 6 and the claw 11. The inner box 3 is constructed by combining the wall plates 6 to 10 as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. Furthermore, as can be easily seen from Figures 3 and 4, the protrusion 1
2 and 12 are designed to prevent oil and lipid deposits from leaking out due to oxidation and decomposition of the deposits.
Also, in the state shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the claws 11 and 1 are
4 inward to make each wall board 6 even stronger.
10 to 10 can be combined.

As is clear from the above description, in the present invention, since each unit wall plate constituting the box is formed into a flat plate shape,
When applying the cleaning material, the thickness of the coating can be made uniform, thereby reliably preventing cracks in the cleaning coating.Furthermore, since each unit wall plate is made into a flat plate, when applying the cleaning material Its workability is very good,
This makes it extremely easy to apply the purifying material, and in addition, since the box is constructed by clamping the edges of the unit wall panels, this eliminates the need for screws or the like as a connecting means in the past. Unlike conventional method, each unit wall plate can be connected without using any screws, thereby simplifying assembly, and in addition, unit wall plates can be easily shared, and various other excellent effects are achieved. It is possible to provide boxes for heating cookers.
