本発明は一槽式脱水洗濯機の糸屑捕集装置に関
するものである。この種の脱水洗濯機において
は、洗濯中、あるいはすゝぎ中に発生する糸屑が
洗濯物に付着するのを防止するために、糸屑捕集
装置を設けている。従来の糸屑捕集装置はパルセ
ータの回転によつてその裏側に生ずる吸込力を利
用し、その吸込通路中又は吸込端にフイルタを設
けたものなどが採用されているが、これらはいづ
れも水面下にフイルタを設けているため、フイル
タによつて捕捉された糸屑が洗濯水やすゝぎ水に
再びもどることがあり、また、洗濯物によつてフ
イルタの表面がふさがれて糸屑の捕集ができなく

脱水槽4全体を支持しており、回転軸9がこれと
結合している。10は回転軸9の内部にこれと同
心に設けたパルセータ7の回転軸で、受槽1の下
面に取付けたクラツチ機構11が回転軸10を駆
動するとパルセータ7が回転し、回転軸9を駆動
すると洗濯脱水槽4が高速回転する。凹部6は底
部に吸込口12、側部に吐出口13を有し、吸込
口12は受槽1と洗濯脱水槽4との間に形成され
る側室14と支持板8を貫通して連通する。15
は洗濯脱水槽4の側面に設けた中空の通水路で、
その下端は吐出口13とカバー16によつて連通
しており、上端は洗濯脱水槽4の上部開口端の周

又はすゝぎ水中に含まれる糸屑はバツグフイルタ
22によつて捕捉される。バツグフイルタ22は
水面上に位置しているので一度捕捉された糸屑
は、洗濯水又はすゝぎ水の中に再びもどつたり、
吐出能力が半減するというようなトラブルを未然
に防ぐことができる。放水部18および糸屑捕集
器19は着脱自在に取付けてあるので清浄が容易
である。通水路15はこの種の洗濯脱水槽に必要
なじやま板(水流を制御するために設ける突出
部)として有効に作用する。すなわち、本発明に
おいては通水路15がじやま板兼用となり、じや
ま板によつて形成される無駄な空間が通水路とし
て有効に使用される。放水部18はバランサー1
7に設けた切欠部26にはめこまれているので洗
濯脱水槽4の高速回転に支障はなく、また放水部
の水密性を高くすることができるので、放水部を
経由してバツグフイルタに至る水の吐出圧に損失
が生じない。そして通水路15、放水部18およ
び糸屑捕集器19によつて構成される本発明の糸
屑捕集装置は格別のスペースを必要とすることな
