遅い初期速度で同方向に移動するために、やはり
前後の新聞紙の配列を乱すおそれがあつたのであ
る。

配列を乱すことがなく、更に抜き取り部数の変更
も容易である等の効果がある。

ンベヤから上方へ引き離すことを特徴とする新聞
紙等の薄物の抜き取り方法。 2 移送方向後方の新聞紙等の薄物を前方の薄物
の上に鱗状に重ねて連続移送するコンベヤの下方
にあつてつかみ指令により前記移送方向と同方向
に移動を開始する無端状チエーンの一部に該移動
により薄物をコンベヤ移送速度と等しい周速をも
つて移動しつつ山形状に押し上げるローラもしく
はカムを具えた押し上げチエーン装置と、押し上
げチエーン装置の移動開始後前記山形状の押し上
げ量が所定値に達したときにコンベヤより僅か高
速度をもつて押し上げチエーン装置と同期移動を
開始し押上げチエーン装置のチエーン1回転中に
1/2回転する無端状チエーンであつて該チエーン
の一部が前記山形状に押し上げられる薄物の上方
に接近したのち斜め上方に移動するように設けら
れたフリーチエーンと、フリーチエーンに等ピツ
チに取付けた1対のはさみ装置であつて薄物を挾
持する方向に付勢された挾持板を有し、フリーチ
エーン停止時には一方のはさみ装置が前記接近し
た位置にあり且つその挾持板が前記山形状に押し
上げられた薄物の前部が乗り上げうる開口状態に
保持されフリーチエーンの移動開始直後に挾持板
が前記乗り上げた薄物を前記付勢により挾持する
はさみ装置とを有することを特徴とする新聞紙等
の薄物の抜き取り装置。 3 移送方向後方の新聞紙等の薄物を前方の薄物
の上に鱗状に重ねて連続移送するコンベヤの下方
にあつてつかみ指令により前記移送方向と同方向
に移動を開始する無端状チエーンの一部に該移動
により薄物をコンベヤ移送速度と等しい周速をも
つて移動しつつ山形状に押し上げるローラもしく
はカムを具えた押し上げチエーン装置と、押し上
げチエーン装置の移動開始後前記山形状の押し上
げ量が所定値に達したときにコンベヤより僅か高
速度をもつて押し上げチエーン装置と同期移動を
開始し押し上げチエーン装置のチエーン1回転中
に1/2回転する無端状チエーンであつて該チエー
ンの一部が前記山形状に押し上げられる薄物の上
方に接近したのち斜め上方に移動するように設け
たフリーチエーンと、フリーチエーンに等ピツチ
に取付けた1対のはさみ装置であつて薄物を挾持
する方向に付勢された挾持板を有しフリーチエー
ン停止時には一方のはさみ装置が前記接近した位
置にあり且つその挾持板が前記山形状に押し上げ
られた薄物の前部が乗り上げうる開口状態に保持
されフリーチエーンの移動開始直後に挾持板が前
記乗り上げた薄物を前記付勢により挾持するはさ
み装置と、チエーン押し上げ装置の駆動スプロケ
ツトを中心とする傾斜角度を調節することにより
薄物の押し上げ高さを変更する角度調整装置とを
有することを特徴とする新聞紙等の薄物の抜き取
り装置。
