For example, when using glass roving, the tip of the glass fiber is usually pulled out from inside the roving and cut. After completing one roll of roving,
The method of searching for the drawer opening from the inside of another roving and cutting it causes work to be interrupted and is extremely inefficient. Therefore, if the last end of one roving and the first end of the next roving are connected in advance, the work can be continued. However, if a lump of hard knots forms when the joints are joined together, the lump will remain when mixed into plastics, cement, etc., which will not only reduce the reinforcing effect, but also cause the lump to form on the surface of the product. Protrusions may occur.
そこで、つなぎ目は、繊維を引き出すために引

本発明は、このような要求に適う、ガラス繊維

以下に、本発明方法を詳しく説明する。 The method of the present invention will be explained in detail below.

The tips 4 of the 0 are passed from the direction perpendicular to the split ends 2 and 3, passing through the back side of the right split end 2, passing through the front side of the left split end 3, and intersecting with each other. The right side split end 2 passing through the front side of the tip 4 is connected to the left side split end 3.
, bend it upward, pass it through the front side of the tip 4, pass it through the back side of the left split end 3 again, pass it between the right and left split ends 2 and 3, and then pass it between the right and left split ends 2 and 3. Pull out the right side split end 2 to the front side and tighten. That is, the right divided end 2 has a tip 4,
The left side split end 3, the tip 4, the left side split end 3, and the tip 4 are made to go around the front, back, front, back, and front, respectively.

つなぎあわす方法。1 In the method of pulling out the rear end of one roving and the tip of the other roving and joining two fibers together, the rear end 1 of one fiber is divided into two divided ends 2 and 3 on the right and left sides, and the other The tip 4 of the fiber passes through the back side of the right side split end 2 from a direction perpendicular to the split ends 2 and 3, and then passes through the left side split end 3.
The right split end 2 passing through the front side of the tip 4 of the other fiber passes through the back side of the left split end 3, bends upward, passes through the front side of the tip 4, and crosses the left split end 3 again. Pass it through the back side, pass it between the two split ends 2 and 3, and pull it out to the front side of the other fiber tip 4 and the right split end 2, then the two right and left split ends 2, 3 and the tip 4 of the other fiber are bundled together, and this is passed through a loop 5 formed by the tip 4 of the other fiber.
