Conventionally, for waterproofing devices between joints such as curtain walls, sealants are installed on the indoor side and the outdoor side between the joints, and the sealant on the outdoor side is basically responsible for airtightness and watertightness. What is known is what it is. However, in such conventional equipment, the sealing material on the outdoor side is subjected to severe loads due to direct solar heat and expansion and contraction between the joints, and is also exposed to wind and rain, so its deterioration rate is quite fast, and ultimately There is a risk of rainwater entering.

In addition, waterproofing devices have been proposed that attempt to prevent rainwater from entering by simply establishing communication between indoor and outdoor sealants and the outdoor atmosphere, or by applying the so-called equal pressure theory, such as by omitting the outdoor sealant. However, in the former case, there is still a risk of deterioration of the outdoor sealing material, and in the latter case, it is difficult to prevent rainwater from entering only with the indoor sealing material.

When the precast panels A, A are connected one above the other, the upper and lower precast panels A, A are overlapped with a substantially interlocking joint and with a gap between them.
A sealing material (wind barrier) 1 made of a gasket or the like is interposed on the indoor side. The indoor sealing material 1 is attached with its base portion buried in the precast panels A, A. However, the attachment of the sealing material 1 is not limited to this. A sealing material (rain barrier) 2 is also interposed on the outdoor side between the joints of the precast panels A and A. The sealing material 2 is installed by moving inward from the outdoor surface of the precast panel A (see FIG. 1).

Accordingly, a joint space C is formed between the joints, but this joint space C and the outdoors are communicated,
An air introduction path 3 is provided in the precast panel A in order to equalize the pressure between the joint space C and the outdoor atmosphere. An air chamber 4 is provided approximately in the middle of the air introduction path 3.

As shown in FIG. 2, an embodiment of the air introduction path 3 having an air chamber 4 includes a case in which air communicating with the outdoor atmosphere is provided in the lower wall 5 of the air chamber 4 formed by a substantially rectangular parallelepiped case. It is conceivable that an air introduction passage 3a is attached and an air introduction passage 3b communicating with the joint space C from the upper part of the side wall 6 of the air chamber 4 is attached.

The air chamber 4 and air introduction path 3 formed in this way
is installed by being embedded in the precast panel A installed above. Note that the air chamber 4 and the air introduction passage may be installed by being buried in the precast panel A located below, or they may be installed by being buried in both the upper and lower precast panels A. .

Note that the formation of the air chamber 4 and the air introduction path 3 is not limited to the one embodiment described above, but the air introduction path 3a is located below the air chamber 4, and the air introduction path 3b is located below the air chamber 4. shall be connected at the upper position. This is because rainwater may enter the air chamber 4 along with the outdoor air through the air introduction path 3a, but even if rainwater enters the air chamber 4,
This is because since the air introduction path 3b is connected to the upper position of the air chamber 4, there is no risk of rainwater entering the joint space C through this.

Regarding the size of the air chamber 4 and the air introduction path 3, the amount of leakage air that enters the room from between the joints of the precast panels A and A will vary depending on the height of the building, wind pressure during rain, etc. However, it is not limited in any way, and may be determined based on the installation conditions of the precast panel.

Thus, the present invention has the above configuration. With the waterproofing device according to the present invention, since the outside air and the joint space C momentarily have the same wind pressure, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering due to wind pressure (application of equal pressure theory). In addition, rainwater that flies in is blocked by the outdoor sealing material 2, and even if rainwater enters the air chamber 4 through the air introduction path 3a due to gusts or turbulence, the air introduction is communicated with the joint space C. Since the channel 3b is connected to the upper position of the air chamber 4, there is no risk of rainwater entering the joint space C through it. Furthermore, since the air introduction path 3a is connected to the lower position of the air chamber 4, even if rainwater enters the air chamber 4, it also has the function of draining it outside. As described above, this invention has extremely high practical value.
