て生肉の両端を把持し、肉塊に糸を巻き付けるに
当り、両端のキヤツチ間に生肉が垂れ下がるのを
防止するために複数本の経線Cを両キヤツチB間
にわたして生肉を包囲して支持し、その上に糸6
を巻き付ける方法がとられている。肉塊に糸を巻
いたのち経線Cより肉塊を引き抜いて取り出す
が、肉塊の中心部が経線の出口側より大きいと、
糸が経線および肉塊を締めているので経線より肉
塊を引抜きにくいという欠点が有り、末端で糸の

溝12に巻かれ、つづいて第4図に示す如く糸切

9によつて糸を切断すると共に突上棒10を突き
上げると糸端部が突起部11上の糸6の下にくぐ

つて糸6に糸端部を十分に挾み込ませることがで

めると、糸6は金具8の先端のヘラ部13を滑
