As shown in the vertical cross-sectional view of FIG. 1, the conventional fish sorting device supports a large number of round bars 1 in parallel to form sorting gaps 2 between the round bars. By rotating the fish, the fish fed above were allowed to fall through the sorting gap 2 and were sorted by size. A sorting device with this structure is capable of sorting relatively large fish, but it is also capable of sorting sardines for dried sardines, whitebait, etc.
There was a drawback that very small fish, such as kouna, could not be sorted. This is because when the sorting gap 2 is narrowed in order to sort out small fish, the width of the sorting gap 2 relative to the diameter of the round bar 1 becomes extremely small, and the shape of the sorting gap 2 becomes downwardly tapered, resulting in a narrow opening angle. As α became smaller, the sliding of the sorting gap 2 became poor, resulting in fish getting stuck there. The reason why it becomes difficult for fish to slip through the sorting gap is because the sorting gap gets clogged with fish that are slightly larger than this width.

Furthermore, in the sorting member with this structure, when the sorting gap 2 is narrowed in order to sort small fish, the sorting gap relative to the diameter of the round bar becomes narrower, and the effective sorting area is extremely reduced, which significantly reduces the throughput. did.

In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the diameter of the round bar 1 may be reduced. However, the elongated round rod has the disadvantage that it becomes loose due to the weight of the fish placed on it, making the sorting gaps uneven, resulting in large errors and variations in the size of the sorted fish.Furthermore, even if it is rotated, With a thin round rod, the area of contact with the fish is extremely reduced, resulting in the problem that the fish cannot fall smoothly.

10 and 11, a fixed member 14 is disposed between and parallel to the movable member 6, and the fixed member 14 and the movable member 6 are disposed at an upward slope in the direction of movement of the fish. There is. The moving member 6 has both ends connected to crank pins of crankshafts 16 and 17 that rotate clockwise in synchronization, and is itself connected to the fixed member 1.
4, and as shown in FIG. By rotating both ends in a vertical plane, it moves up and down from the fixed member 14, moving in the direction of movement of the fish in the ascending process, and in the opposite direction in the descending process. It is arranged so that According to this structure, the fish placed on the top is moved forward by being placed on the moving member 6, and when the moving member 6 moves back, it is placed on the fixed member 14, so that it is not moved back together with the moving member 6, but moves forward. will be moved only.

In FIG. 12, a vibrator 18 as a driving means is attached to one end of the moving member 6, the moving member 6 is attached to the guide member 5 via an elastic body 19, and the moving member 6 is attached to a spring 20 or a rubber-like elastic body. It is placed on the guide member 5 via. The vibrator 18 is, for example, one in which an eccentric flywheel is rotated to generate vibrations, one in which vibrations are generated in a straight line by a linear motor synchronized with the frequency of a power supply, or one in which current is intermittently passed through an electromagnet. A device that vibrates in a straight line can be used.

A vibrator whose balancer rotates and moves is
A balancer is secured to the motion member for rotation in a vertical plane containing the sorting member. At this time, when the balancer is rotated in a direction in which the upper side faces the direction in which the fish is traveling, to the right in FIG. 12, the fish is moved forward to the right by the vibrations. Thus, in this case the sorting member may be horizontal or may be inclined upwardly.

When the sorting member 3 is vibrated in a straight line by the vibrator 18, the direction of vibration is preferably determined to be parallel to a vertical plane containing the sorting member 3. If the vibration direction is determined to rise in the direction of movement of the fish, as shown by the chain line in FIG. 12, it becomes possible to transport the fish by vibration.

As described above, in the fish vibrating device according to the present invention, the vertical cross-sectional shape of the sorting member is formed into a slender shape with a height higher than its width, and when the sorting member is vibrated, the vertical cross-sectional shape is formed into a slender shape. The structure is such that the supplied fish are dropped through a sorting gap and sorted by size, so by making the gap between the sorting members extremely narrow, it is possible to sort fish that cannot be sorted with conventional rotary round rods. The small fish can be efficiently sorted, and there is no irregularity in the sorting gaps caused by the hanging of the sorting member, and the evenly spaced sorting gaps allow small fish to be sorted accurately.
Moreover, it can be precisely sorted with little variation, and
Since the fish are sorted by vibrating the sorting member, the means for driving the sorting member can be significantly simplified, and the drive mechanism is not limited by the distance between the sorting members, allowing the gap between the sorting members to be made as narrow as possible. The vibration of the sorting member improves the slippage between the fish and the sorting member, so even if the width of the sorting member becomes narrower and the contact area between the sorting member and the fish decreases, the fish will not be affected by the vibration of the sorting member. As a result, even small fish can be sorted smoothly without getting stuck between the sorting members, and the width of the sorting member can be narrowed in relation to the sorting gap, increasing the effective sorting area and reducing the size and processing capacity. It becomes a large fish sorting device.
