Description
本発明は新規な塩素含有樹脂組成物に関する。
一般に塩素を含有する樹脂は、成形加工時の熱に
より塩化水素が脱離し、その結果好ましくない着
色を伴う。このため加工温度におけるこの着色を
軽減するために、樹脂組成物に1種またはそれ以
上の安定剤を添加することが行われている。この
ような安定剤としては、Pb系、Cd―Ba系、Ca―
Zn系、Ba―Zn系などが一般的である。
このような安定剤の具体例としては、三塩基性
硫酸鉛、三塩基性マレイン酸鉛、リチウム、カル
シウム、ナトリウム、カリウム、バリウム、マグ
ネシウム、ストロンチウム、亜鉛、鉛、カドミニ
ウム、アルミニウム、錫等の金属と炭素数2から
20までの有機カルボン酸との塩またはこれらの金
属のフエノレートがある。例えばステアリン酸リ
チウム、ミリスチン酸カルシウム、ステアリン酸
バリウム、ステアリン酸ストロンチウム、ステア
リン酸亜鉛、ラウリン酸マグネシウム、バリウム
ノニフエノール、ブチル安息香酸亜鉛、リシノー
ル酸亜鉛、オレイン酸バリウム、2―エチルヘキ
シル酸亜鉛、ナフテン酸カルシウム、イソステア
リン酸亜鉛等があり、また有機錫化合物、有機リ
ン化合物、エポキシ化合物等各種のものが用いら
れる。
通常これらの化合物の単独または組合わせで使
用されるが、しばしば着色防止能が不充分であつ
たりして何れも一長一短があり、いまだ実用的に
充分満足できるものではない。
本発明は上述の如き状況に鑑み、綿密な実験研
究を重ねた結果、熱による劣化ならびに着色に対
してすぐれた安定性を有し、しかも毒性が少い安
定剤を開発したものである。
即ち本発明は、塩素含有樹脂に一般式〔〕

で表わされる化合物の少なくとも1種、および一
般式〔〕
(ただし、R6はアルキル基、アリール基、置
換アルキル基、置換アリール基より選ばれた基
を、R7はアルキル基、水素、アリール基、アセ
チル基より選ばれた基を、またR6はアルキル
基、アルコキシル基、アリール基より選ばれた基
であつて、R6,R7,R8は同一であつても異つて
いてもよく末端でつながつていてもよい。)
で表わされる化合物又はその金属塩の少くとも1
種を含有することを特徴とする塩素含有樹脂組成
物を提供するものである。
従来、これら化合物は単独では安定剤として提
案されたことはあるが、本発明者らはこれらを併
用することによつてすぐれた着色防止能が得られ
ることを見出し本発明に至つた。
本発明で用いる〔〕式化合物の例としては
等が挙げられる。これら化合物の添加量は樹脂
100部に対して0.01〜3重量部、好ましくは0.05
〜1.0重量部でる。
次に本発明に使用する〔〕式化合物の例とし
ては
ジベンゾイルメタン、ベンゾイルアセトン、ス
テアロイルベンゾイルメタン、ステアロイルアセ
トン、ベンゾイルトリフルオロアセトン、ジベン
ゾイルメタン―亜鉛、ラウロイルベンゾイルメタ
ン、ジ―メトキシベンゾイルメタン、ベンゾイ
ル・クロルベンゾイルメタン、ジベンゾイルメタ
ン―カルシウム、デヒドロ酢酸、デヒドロ酢酸―
亜鉛、2エチルヘキシルアセトアセテート、デヒ
ドロ酢酸―カルシウム、デヒドロ酢酸―ナトリウ
ム、等が挙げられる。通常これらの化合物の添加
量は樹脂100部に対して0.01〜1.0部である。
本発明の樹脂組成物にはフタール酸エステル系
可塑剤もしくはその他のエステル可塑剤、又はポ
リエステル系可塑剤、燐酸エステル系可塑剤、エ
ポキシ系可塑剤、塩素系可塑剤、その他の可塑剤
などが用途に応じて適宜使用できる。
本発明の樹脂組成物に酸化防止剤を添加するこ
とは該樹脂組成物の酸化劣化防止性を増大させ得
るので、使用目的に応じて適宜使用できる。これ
ら酸化防止剤には、フエノール系酸化防止剤、有
機リン化合物、合流黄化合物などが含まれる。
本発明の樹脂組成物に紫外線吸収剤を添加する
ならば、光安定性を向上させ得るので、使用目的
に応じて適宜これらを選択して使用することが可
能である。これらにはベンゾフエノン系、ベンゾ
トリアゾール系、サリシレート系、置換アクリロ
ニトリル系、各種の金属塩又は金属キレート、特
にニツケル又はクロムの塩又はキレート類、トリ
アジン系などが包含される。
その他必要に応じて、例えばエポキシ安定剤、
有機キレーター、金属石けん、多価アルコール、
顔料、充填剤、発泡剤、他の安定化助剤、帯電防
止剤、防曇剤、プレートアウト防止剤、表面処理
剤、滑剤、難燃剤、螢光剤、防黴剤、殺菌剤、金
属不活性化剤、光劣化剤、非金属安定化剤、硼酸
エステル、チオ尿素誘導体、加工助剤、離型剤、
補強剤などを含有させることができる。
本発明に用いられる塩素含有樹脂としては、次
のようなものがある。例えばポリ塩化ビニル樹
脂、塩化ビニルと他のモノマー、例えば酢酸ビニ
ル、エチレン、マレイン酸、アクリロニトリル、
ブタジエン、スチレン、塩化ビニリデン等との共
重合体、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、塩素化ポリエチレ
ン、塩素化ポリプロピレン、塩化ゴム等がある。
次に示す実施例は本発明による塩素含有樹脂物
の効果を示すものであるが、本発明はこれらの実
施例によつて限定されるものではない。
実施例 1
下記配合物をロール温度170℃で5分間混練し
て0.2mm厚さのシートを作成した。次いでこのシ
ートを170℃で10分間プレス加工して初期着色防
止能を試験評価した。
