造方法に関する。従来この種マツトレスは多数の
スプリングをヘリカル線、枠線で連結し構成した
スプリング列装群の上下面に防音クロス、ワイヤ
ーインシユレータ、充填材を適宜積層し、まず上
面表被を敷設してその端部に縫着されたフランジ
を上記上部充填材周端を外周に位置するスプリン
グの上方環部に巻き付けるようにしてスプリング
適宜箇所に連結し、しかるのちこれらのものを半
転して下部充填材上に下面表被を敷設し、同様に
して下面表被に設けられたフランジをスプリング

その製造工程においてスプリングマツトレスを半
転する必要もなく、しかも保型部材を周設する面
倒な作業を不要化できる極めて能率的なスプリン
グマツトレスの製造方法を提唱するとともに型崩
れせず、横揺れのない快適な使用感のスプリング
マツトレスを提供することを目的とするものであ

該冠着部材9の内底壁間に形成した凹部10にお
いて前記充填材7等の端部をスプリング2の最上
環部2aに巻き付けるように挾着している。他
方、下部充填材7等はその端部が下面表被12の
端部に設けられたフランジ11をスプリング2の
適宜箇所に止め付けることによりスプリング2の
最下環部2bに巻き付けられている。上記の下面
表被12はあらかじめ側面表被13と連設された
もので、該側面表被13上端を前記冠着部材9の
上面に敷設した上面表被14の端部とヘリ取り部
材15で縫着一体化されている。上記構成のスプ
リングマツトレスはそのスプリング列装群1の上
面から側面にわたつて一体成型になる箱型断面形
状の冠着部材9が設けられているため安定性のよ
い使用感を付与することができ、特に上記冠着部
材9の側壁内面に一体的に膨出された保型部8が
スプリング2を側面より補正するため使用時にお

のち上記スプリング列装群1上下面に防音クロス
5、ワイヤーインシユレータ6および充填材7を
適宜積層し、これを下面表被12と側面表被13
を連設したものの上に設置し、上記下面表被12
の端部に取着されたフランジ11を外周に位置す
るスプリング2の適宜箇所に前記の充填材7等の
端部をこのスプリング2の最下環部2bに巻き付
けるようにしながら止め付けする(B図参照)。

壁内面に保型部8を膨出した発泡樹脂等弾性材製
の冠着部材9を嵌着し、その凹部10において前

に巻き付けて弾性挾着し、しかるのちに上面表被
14を上記冠着部材9上に敷設し、その端部を前
記側面表被13上端と重ねてヘリ取り部材15で
