The present invention relates to make-up cosmetics, particularly oil-based make-up cosmetics. Traditionally, oil-based make-up cosmetics have been made with talc, kaolin,
Products containing powders such as starch are known. However, oil-based make-up cosmetics containing powders as described above do not have as smooth application on the skin as expected and do not have an excellent feeling of use, and also do not have sufficient adhesion to the skin, transparency and shine after application. Not, but
In particular, it has been difficult to obtain products with the refreshing feeling that has been desired in recent years. Therefore, for example, in order to obtain a crisp feel, the particle size is 0.015 to 5μ.
A make-up cosmetic containing amorphous silica is disclosed in British Patent No. 1092726.
However, when such silica is blended into oil-based makeup cosmetics, it is extremely fine and irregularly shaped, so its oil absorption is too strong, and although it can provide a refreshing feel, it has poor spreadability. However, it has the disadvantage that it feels too dry on the skin, and although it is suitable for emulsion type make-up cosmetics, it is not suitable for oil-based make-up cosmetics such as the one of the present invention. Furthermore, in 1972, a technology was developed to blend spherical silicic acid anhydride into solid powder powder for the purpose of improving spreadability, adhesion, hygroscopicity, and scent retention.
-Disclosed in Publication No. 55739. However, if it contains a small amount of oil to be used as a binder, such as solid powder powder, it may not be a problem, but if it is added to an oil-based makeup cosmetic containing a large amount of oil, as in the present invention, it may cause oiliness or stickiness. It caused a feeling of dryness and it was difficult to sufficiently prevent dryness on the skin. The present invention has been developed in view of these problems, and has an extremely smooth application property on the skin, sufficient spreadability and adhesion, and a refreshing feel. To provide an oil-based makeup cosmetic that does not give a dry feeling and retains fragrance. In order to achieve this object, the oil-based makeup cosmetic of the present invention is characterized by containing 3 to 40% by weight of fine spherical silica gel having a particle size of 5 to 15 microns. The silica gel used in the oil-based make-up cosmetics of the present invention can be either natural or synthetic as long as it has the compositional formula SiO 2 .nH 20 . A solid or non-porous material is selectively used, and in addition to a true spherical shape, a shape resembling a sphere can be used. The reason why the particle size is set in the range of 5 to 15μ is that if it is less than 5μ, it cannot be expected to have sufficient extensibility on the skin by utilizing its rolling effect, and if it exceeds 15μ, it will give a rough feel, which is undesirable. be. Furthermore, in the present invention, silica gel is blended in an amount of 3 to 40% by weight, preferably 5 to 30% by weight, based on the total components of the oil-based makeup cosmetic. That is, if the amount is less than 3% by weight, the amount is too small to obtain a sufficient rolling effect, and if it exceeds 40% by weight, the entire product becomes excessively gelled and the extensibility deteriorates. In addition, the oil components used in the oil-based makeup cosmetics of the present invention are the same as those conventionally commonly incorporated in oil-based makeup cosmetics, such as carnauba wax, beeswax, ceresin, liquid paraffin, solid paraffin, and stearic acid. ,
Patyl alcohol, petrolatum, behenyl alcohol, lanolin, isopropyl myristate (IPM), cetanol, etc. are included, and the amount ranges from 20 to 70% by weight based on the total oil-based makeup cosmetics.
It is preferably blended in an amount of 25 to 70% by weight. Here, an example of the present invention will be shown. However, the blending ratio is in weight%. [Example 1] (Stick-shaped foundation)

Pour into a rouge container and leave to cool to 40℃ to obtain the product. Next, five expert panels were asked about the stick-like foundation (A) shown in Example 1 and the stick-like foundation (B) in which the spherical silica gel blended in Example 1 was replaced with sericite. The results of the sensory profile conducted on the subject are
As shown in the figure. The evaluation method was to compare and evaluate the product A of the present invention using the comparison product B as the base point of O. The evaluation results shown in Figure 1 indicate that product A of the present invention has better extensibility during use than comparative product B, can be easily stretched, is not oily, and has a glossy and transparent appearance when applied to the skin. It can be seen that it has a good texture and is not sticky and is excellent in all items. Furthermore, we conducted a survey on the feel of the stick-like foundation shown in Example 1 on 80 people (18 to 24 years old).
20 women, 40 women aged 25-30, and 20 women aged 31-40), almost all of them rated it as having a new and comfortable feel.
It was particularly popular among people with oily skin. In addition, it is suitable as a seasonal cosmetic for spring and autumn, and the makeup finish can be freely adjusted to be thin or thick.
Almost the same evaluation as the sensory profile shown in the figure was obtained. Furthermore, an animal skin test was conducted on 6 rabbits for the stem-shaped foundation shown in Example 1, and the results were evaluated three times on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th day, and no abnormality was found. was not observed, confirming high safety. Next, we compared the oil-based compact foundation (C) shown in Example 2 and the oil-based compact foundation (D), which is a comparative product in which the medium spherical silica gel blended in Example 2 was replaced with sericite. Figure 2 shows the results of a sensory profile conducted on a panel of five experts. The evaluation method was similar to the case shown in FIG. 1, in which comparative product D was used as the base point of O, and product C of the present invention was comparatively evaluated. The evaluation results in Fig. 2 are also comparable to those shown in Fig. 1 above, and the invention product C and comparative product D were left for 3 months at each temperature condition of 5°C, 20°C, and 40°C. As a result, the block strength of Comparative Product D was significantly reduced and sweating occurred, but there was no change in Product C of the present invention. Furthermore, the oil-based compact foundation (C) shown in Example 2 and the spherical silica gel (5 to 10μ) blended in this Example 2 were mixed into spherical silica gel (1 to 3μ) and amorphous silica gel (0.5 to 1μ). The sensory profiles of oil-based compact foundations (E), (F), and (G), which were replaced with spherical silicic anhydride (5 to 10μ), were conducted on a panel of five experts. The evaluation results are shown in Figure 3. The evaluation method used comparative product E as a base point for O, and compared and evaluated product C of the present invention and comparative products F and G. Figure 3 shows that comparative product F, which contains amorphous silica gel (0.5 to 1μ), is not greasy and has relatively little stickiness, but has poor extensibility, lacks luster, and leaves the skin feeling dry. (dry feeling). This is because the blended amorphous silica gel is extremely fine and has a large oil absorption capacity. Comparative product G, which contains spherical silicic anhydride (5 to 10μ), has a considerable effect in terms of extensibility and shine due to the rolling effect, but the oiliness and dryness of the skin are evaluated favorably. is not obtained. On the other hand, the product C of the present invention has excellent extensibility, less oiliness, gloss, and no stickiness or dryness (dry feeling). This is because the shape and size of the silica gel blended in Invention Product C, as well as its blending ratio, are appropriate, and the appropriate amount of water contained in the silica gel gives a moist feel and reduces oiliness. This is to suppress the sticky feeling. Note that, for example, it is possible to add water to Comparative Product G containing the spherical silicic anhydride to give it a moisturizing feel and thereby suppress oiliness, stickiness, etc., but it is necessary to determine the proportion of water added. The problem is that it is difficult and impractical to manufacture, and it causes uneven color especially in make-up cosmetics, and in solid cosmetics, shrinkage occurs due to evaporation of water during the manufacturing stage, making it difficult to manufacture the product. There is a point. As described above, the oil-based makeup cosmetic of the present invention contains 3 to 40% by weight of fine spherical silica gel with a particle size of 5 to 15 microns, so it has many effects such as the following. It has the following. (1) It has extremely smooth application to the skin, has light smoothness and good spreadability. (2) Due to the adsorption effect, which is one of the characteristics of silica gel, it has excellent ability to retain the fragrance of fragrances and has excellent adhesion to the skin. (3) A product with a smooth and refreshing texture without the greasy feeling that has been desired in recent years can be obtained. (4) It has excellent transparency after application to the skin, and exhibits a better appearance than kaolin, which has been conventionally used for this purpose. (5) Provides a natural skin feel that cannot be seen with conventional make-up cosmetics. (6) Excellent heat retention. (7) Excellent gloss after application to the skin. (8) The oil component prevents the dry feeling caused by silica gel, and at least does not cause a white cast.
