The present invention was made in order to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional ones as described above, and by using donut-shaped interphase (layer) insulating paper, coils can be inserted together with a coil inserter. The object is to provide an interphase (layer) insulating paper that fits between both coils, and furthermore, to provide an insulating paper that can be positioned at the end of the coil.

When inserting the interphase (layer) insulating paper of the present invention as described above together with the coil using a coil inserter,
For example, in the case of a winding pattern as shown in FIG. 6, intermediate forming is performed after inserting the first layer coil 7a into the slot groove 3 in order to insert it between the first layer coil 7a and the second layer coil 7b. Then, the ends of the coil are spread out as shown in FIG. (However, in this state, the insulating paper 6 is not provided inside the coil 7a yet.) Next, the two layers are hooked at a predetermined position on the wire guide blade 13 of the coil inserter as shown in FIG. A sheet of interlayer insulating paper 6 is set above the mesh coil 7b and so as to extend over the outer periphery or tip of the wedge guide blade 14. Next, the inner circumferential surface of the stator core 2, which has been formed into the shape shown in FIG.
3 to the tip of the wedge guide blade 14, and press the upper part of the stator core 2 with a presser foot (not shown).

At this time, the first layer coil 7a on the upper side
As shown in FIGS. 7, 8, and 9, another sheet of interphase (layer) insulating paper 6 is inserted inside. In this state, the insertion head 15 for inserting the coil receives appropriate pressure from below, is guided by the wire guide blade 13, advances toward the stator core 2, and connects the inner coil to the first layer coil 7a. By inserting the second layer coil 7b into the predetermined slot groove 3, the interphase (layer) insulating paper 6 below the stator core 2 shown in FIG. 9 rises inside the first layer coil 7a. It is pushed in and fits between the coil 7b of the second layer.

When the insertion head 15 further rises, the insertion tip side of the second layer coil 7b comes out above the slot groove 3 and inside another interphase (layer) insulating paper 6 located above the stator core 2. It fits in.

When storing the insulating paper 6 between the two types of coils 7a and 7b as described above, a plurality of bent parts 6c formed at equal intervals on the inner circumference of the insulating paper 6 are placed above the stator core 2. 1 which becomes the outer coil
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 12, the coil 7a of the second layer is hooked to the end of the coil 7a of the second layer.
This prevents the insulating paper 6 above the stator core 2 from being misaligned, which tends to be misaligned when the insulating paper 6 is inserted.

Next, as the insertion head 15 moves back, the upper presser foot of the stator core 2 comes off, and when the stator 16 is removed and finished forming, interphase (layer) insulating paper 6 is interposed between both coils as shown in FIG. The molded stator 16 is completed.

In this way, the insulating paper of the present invention allows a coil inserter to replace the conventional method where another worker would spend time inserting two to four layers of synthetic resin film insulating paper after intermediate forming. This allows workers to simply set only two sheets of insulating paper at any time and place the coils in place at the same time, which saves manpower, reduces materials, and saves time. There are big benefits that can be measured.

In addition, since the insulating paper according to the present invention is made into a donut-shaped flat plate, it is possible to suck up a large amount of the insulating paper 6 with the vacuum pump and dispose of it when setting it in the tool of the coil inserter.
Work efficiency can be improved. Furthermore, when inserting the insulating paper 6 at the same time as the coil, there is also the effect that it fits easily between the first layer coil 7a and the second layer coil 7b.

Furthermore, as is clear from Figures 7 and 11,
A portion 6b between the notches 6a in the insulating paper 6
is located below the second layer coil 7b to provide insulation from the first layer coil 7a. Also the 13th

The drawings and text used to explain the present invention are for a 24-slot, 4-pole winding pattern for a 3-phase motor, but any number of slots, phases (layers), poles, and coil stages may be used. Needless to say, this can also be handled by changing the notch 6a on the inner circumference according to the coil shape, or by changing it as is.

As described above, the present invention provides an insulating paper made of a deformable material that insulates between the coil ends of two types of coils, inner and outer, inserted into a slot groove of a stator core of a rotating electric machine. It has a donut-like shape, and has a plurality of notches arranged at equal intervals on the inner circumference, and each of these notches has a bent part for hooking onto the end of the outer coil. Therefore, the operator of the coil inserter can simply set the two sheets of insulating paper and insert the inner coil into the predetermined position. Furthermore, when used in areas where the coil is likely to be misaligned when inserted, the insulating paper itself can be hooked onto the end of the outer coil from the inside, which has the advantage of preventing misalignment.
