This invention relates to a pallet for stacking guide rings.

ている。 Conventionally, when stacking this type of guide ring (hereinafter also simply referred to as ring) for the purpose of storage, transportation, or easy handling when constructing a guide pipe, the very common bale stacking method was used. However, in the stacked state of the rings due to this, the ring itself has an unstable cylindrical cage shape, so there is a risk that the stacked state is likely to collapse. Particularly on cable-laying ships where these cables are handled, the above-mentioned dangers are exacerbated because the ship's hull may oscillate.

上でのスペースも大きく消費される。 Therefore, it was considered to provide a rack that could store a large number of rings by type and in multiple stages, but the number of rings (approximately 500 mm in diameter and approximately 500 mm in height) loaded onto a laying ship during submarine cable installation was limited. There are about 1,000 pieces, so it is expensive to manufacture the racks, and a large amount of space on the ship is also consumed in order to efficiently move the rings in and out.

A certain number of rings can be transported together using a crane or forklift.

Since it penetrates through the small rings, it will not collapse even when the ship is rolling or pitching, and it will also prevent the guide rings from slipping in the direction of rotation, preventing adjacent small rings from getting entangled with each other. An extremely stable and orderly stacking condition can be ensured.

There is no need to drill new holes in the pallets, and each support rod for the pallets needs to be thin and small in number, allowing the pallets to be supplied at low cost, reducing the hassle of stacking and storing a large number of guide rings. It can be done efficiently and without much effort.
