In the stirring blade structure of the stirring hardening processing means as described above, when the curing agent is jetted out at a certain pressure from the hole or slit 9 of the stirring blade attached to each rotating shaft, the vertical position of each stirring blade is The relationship is the interval at which the curing agent penetrates into the sludge layer between the upper and lower layers and the curing process is sufficiently performed, and the number of the sludge layers is set to an appropriate value depending on the thickness of the sludge layer to be treated.

When the conveyance means arrives at the desired work place, the base plate 6, which is to lower each stirring blade that was initially pulled up into the sludge layer to be hardened, is moved to the frame S,
Lower it while forcibly guiding it to S′. When it reaches the sludge layer to be treated, it stops descending, maintains the same state, and slowly advances the conveying means while rotating the stirring blades along with the drive of the rotating shaft, and spouts out the sludge hardening agent to remove the sludge layer. Carry out curing treatment.

An example of such work is a case where the agitation hardening processing means is configured as follows. That is, a large number of stirring blades provided in the length direction of the rotating shaft are arranged in a number of stages exactly matching the thickness of the sludge layer to be treated, and a large number of stirring blades are arranged vertically in the width direction perpendicular to the direction of movement of the conveying means. The number of stirring blades to be used is exactly the same as the processing width of the sludge layer to be treated, and the sludge between the top and bottom of each stirring blade and the sludge between adjacent stirring blades on adjacent rotating shafts is In order to perform a sufficient hardening process, the stirring hardening means is formed such that the upper and lower parts are spaced so that the hardening agent can penetrate well, and the adjacent parts are spaced so that the tips of the stirring blades overlap.

On the other hand, if each stirring blade of the stirring hardening treatment means has a number of steps shorter than the thickness of the sludge layer to be treated, as in the conventional work, the stirring area of the stirring blade should be adjusted according to the thickness of the sludge layer. For hardening treatment that involves moving the base plate 6 to expand the vertical range, and when each stirring blade of the same means is provided in a quantity that is shorter than the processing width of the sludge layer to be treated, the stirring blade The curing process is carried out by repeatedly moving the conveying means laterally in order to expand the stirring area to a width range corresponding to the processing width. In either case, the fact that the means of transport moves intermittently or continuously is the same as before, and there is no change.
As shown in Figures 2A and B, the ground treated by the device of the present invention is completely hardened (indicated by diagonal lines) so that there is no untreated part in the vertical, horizontal, or height of the sludge layer. ) is carried out and a continuous hardened layer is obtained very efficiently. Here, A shows a plan view, B shows a cross-sectional view, and the arrow shows the direction of travel of the conveyance means.

The float in this example is mainly formed in the shape of a boat with buoyancy, but it may also be moved by rotation of wheels, and may also function as a means of transportation that can perform various operations for this purpose. It is preferable to use a winch means to move the transport means, but other means can also be used.

FIG. 3 shows another example of a suitably implemented stirring blade. In this example, the stirring blade has auxiliary blades F of a constant length in the vertical direction at both ends, and similarly the hardening agent is ejected. In each stage, a plurality of stirring blades 8'a 1 , 8'a 2 .
They are installed so as to have a phase difference of 180°, and the adjacent rotating shafts 7'b and each stirring blade 8'b 1 ,
8'b 2 ... are located in the middle facing each other and are installed so as to have a certain overlap d 1 and d 2 in the vertical and horizontal directions.

In each of the above embodiments, the tips of the stirring blades of adjacent rotating shafts are overlapped in the vertical position, but the curing agent discharged from the tips of the stirring blades is mixed with each other. It is not necessarily necessary to overlap if the jets are ejected at compatible pressures.

As is clear from the embodiments described above, the device of the present invention is effective in creating stable ground with a continuous hardened layer of uniform strength in a specific part of a sludge pool, and is particularly effective for creating a stable foundation that can be used for superstructures, etc. It is extremely effective in gaining ground. The relevant effect is
As detailed above, this is because the positional relationship of the stirring blades is in a unique and unique relationship, and the curing agent supply means has a unique structure that is unprecedented. This is because the structure of the frame body and base plate provided on the conveyance means has an unprecedented structure that allows special movement.
