る。 Now, when an abnormality occurs in the car cabin of Car A, and a passenger screams or other noises occur, an audio signal 3Aa is emitted from the microphone 3A. This is amplified by the amplifier 20A of the monitoring request circuit 4A, and its output is smoothed by the smoothing filter 22A. When the output of the smoothing filter 22A exceeds a certain value 24A, the output of the comparator 26A becomes "H", and the output 4Aa of the OR gate 28A, that is, the output of the monitoring request circuit 4A, becomes "H". Further, the high frequency component corresponding to the woman's scream in the amplifier 20A passes through a high pass filter 21A and is smoothed by a smoothing filter 23A. And the output is a constant value 25
When the voltage exceeds A, the output of the comparator 27A becomes "H" and the output 4Aa of the OR gate 28A becomes "H".

Further, the output of the OR gate 16 becomes "H" and the alarm 18 sounds. This notifies the staff that an abnormality has occurred in the car of car A. On the other hand, counter 1
Since the output of gate 1 is "L", when the scanning pulse 5A becomes "H", the output of AND gate 6A becomes "H".
Therefore, the memory 8A is set and its output Q becomes "H". With this, the output of the OR gate 10A also becomes "H", the gate circuit 13A is opened, and the television camera 1A is connected to the receiver of the monitoring panel 14.
The staff can immediately begin monitoring the inside of the car in Car A. Furthermore, since the speaker 2A and the microphone 3A are also connected to the monitoring panel 14, the staff member can talk to the person inside the A car, and can give a warning to the criminal and call on him to prevent the crime.

The status of a desired cab can be monitored. Moreover, if the reset buttons 7A to 7N are pressed after use, the memories 8A to 8N are reset and the monitoring operation ends.
