【発明の詳細な説明】 本願はバツクレストの起伏と、座台の昇降と必
要に応じて座台の傾動(チルト)とを自動的に動
作させる自動制御装置を備えた歯科治療椅子にお
いて、その動作中に誤つて患者の身体の一部乃至
衣服などが動作部分に挾つた際に、直ちにその動
作を停止すると共に、動作の進行方向と逆方向に
その動作を切換えることにより、上記した異常状
態によつて生じる障害を防止することを目的とし
た動作保護回路に関するものである。

際に単に自動起動スイツチを操作するのみで、治
療椅子を予定した基本姿勢に自動的に導びき、か
つ治療椅子が基本姿勢に設定された後、椅子の姿
勢に多少の修正を加える必要が生じたときは、手
動スイツチの操作により更に椅子の各機能を夫々
個別に動作させて治療椅子の基本姿勢を修正出来
るようにし、また歯科治療が終了したとき自動復
帰スイツチを操作することにより、治療椅子を定
状位置に復帰させるように構成した歯科治療椅子
は例えば特公昭53−41477号公報、同53−41478号
公報及び同54−30233号公報などにおいて公知で
ある。

が、この操作は煩わしく、而も自動起動スイツチ
と自動復帰スイツチの操作の誤りによりかえつて
障害を大きくする惧れも生じるなどの不都合があ
つた。

治療椅子のバツクレストを起伏動作させる手動用
バツクレスト起伏作動部4のほかに、治療椅子の
作動位置を記憶する例えば位置設定用ポテンシオ
メータを有し手動釦5′を一方向aに操作したと
きにスイツチSaを介して治療椅子を第1図イで
示す不作動位置から同図ロで示す作動位置に自動
的に動作させる第1自動制御回路5aと、前記手
動釦5′を他方向bに操作したときにスイツチSb
を介して治療椅子を第1図ロで示す作動位置から
同図イで示す不作動位置に自動的に動作させる第
2自動制御回路5bとを有し、かつ停止用釦5″
によつて自動動作を任意の位置で停止させる自動
制御部5とを備えて成り、その具体的構成として
は、さきに述べた特許公報に示された公知の制御
