本発明は、金属ビレツトの間接押出装置に関
し、その目的はビレツトのコンテナーへの装填時
を利用して、コンテナーの内面に残したビレツト
表皮部を取除くことによつて、稼動率を向上せし

さに関係しないため、小さな力で大きなビレツト
を押出し成形することができるなどの利点がある
ため広く用いられている。しかし、その反面、ビ
レツト表皮部の酸化物や偏析層その他の不純物が
形材の表面に製品の一部として押出されたり、ま
た製品中に巻込まれたりして、製品の品質を低下

アウトデスクを挿入することによつて、ビレツト
装填孔内壁面に付着しているビレツトの表皮部を
除去する必要があり、いずれも、押出し工程にお
いて特別な工程が必要で稼動率が悪い欠点があつ

ま押出したり戻したりするだけで、ビレツト表皮
部をコンテナー内壁面に残して品質の良い押出材
を得るとともに、コンテナー内壁に付着している
ビレツト表皮部を確実にコンテナー外に除去する
ことができる。従来のように押出サイクル中に該
ビレツト表皮部を取除く工程およびそれに伴なう
特殊な機構を特別に組込む必要がないため、押出
し稼動率を向上することができるものである。ま
た、ビレツト表皮部の除去がダイスの反対側で行
なわれるので、押出時にダイスの周辺にある一旦
除去されたビレツト表皮部が成形品に巻込まれる
ような恐れはない。そして装置自体も非常に簡単
に構成することができる。つぎに実施例について
