この発明は多軸ボール盤用主軸微速駆動装置に

タープレート中のスピンドルに回転工具を装着す
る時、スピンドル或は主軸の停止した位置を少し
く回転して変えたい場合が起る。このような場
合、従来は手操作で主軸或はスピンドルを廻すか
或は主軸用の電動機を所謂インチングして行つて
いた。然し手操作は労力を要するし、電動機のイ
ンチングは回転が速すぎて所望の位置に停止させ
ることが仲々困難である欠点があつた。この発明
は叙上の欠点を除去できた多軸ボール盤用主軸微

明すると、多軸ボール盤Aのスピンドルヘツド4
上に主電動機1を設け、スピンドルヘツド4内
に、把杆2で回動する小歯車3と噛合するラツク
4′を母線方向に有する軸承筒5を昇降自在に設
け、該軸承筒5により主軸6を軸承させ、該主軸
6の上端にはクラツチ片A1を設け、別にスピン
ドルヘツド4上に設けた副電動機7の回転軸8に
キー9とキー溝10とにより該回転軸8と一体的
に回転するが、回転軸8の中心軸方向に変位でき
る微速回転軸11を設け、該微速回転軸11の下
端には前記主軸6のクラツチ片A1と係合するク
ラツチ片A2を設け、該クラツチ片A2と前記副電
動機7の機台12との間にコイルスプリング13
を張設し、該主軸6の中間には歯車14を固定
し、前記主電動機1の回転軸15と歯車列16に
よつて連動させ、該主軸6の下端にはクラツチ片
B1を設け、スピンドルヘツド4の下部に取替自
在に設けたクラスタープレート17に設けた回転
工具18(例えばドリル)の装着用スピンドル1
9と歯車列20により連動する駆動軸21の上端
に設けたクラツチ片B2と係合できるようにす
る。なお、11′は微速回転軸11の上端に設け
たフランジ部で副電動機7の機台12と係合させ

時にクラツチA1,A2は半分噛合う関係になるよ
うにクラツチA1,A2及びクラツチB1,B2を配置
し、クラツチB1,B2が完全に噛合つた時のみに
通電信号を主電動機1へ発信するマイクロスイツ
チ22を設けたことを特徴とする多軸ボール盤用
