The course is coated and impregnated and regenerated. This kind of fiber casing can be made uniform in thickness and width, has excellent shrinkage power, is breathable, and has a great smoking effect, etc.
It is extremely suitable for filling processed meat products.

Alternatively, the processed meat may be wrapped in cloth or cellophane and tied with cotton thread from above. In the case of printing, the process of overturning the net and tying it with cotton thread is expensive and time-consuming, and requires a considerable degree of skill.

ある。 Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on the drawings.
The material of the fibrous casing body according to the present invention may be the same as conventional ones. That is,
It may be recycled by using a porous paper obtained using wood pulp or cotton linters as the main raw material as a base, and coating and impregnating this base with viscose made from pulp of substantially the same quality as the base. The fibrous casing produced by the manufacturing method of the present invention is significantly different from conventional fibrous casings in that the threads 2 are arranged spirally (see FIGS. 2A and B) or in a net shape on the outer peripheral surface of the fibrous casing body 1. The manufacturing method of the present invention is that the fiber casing body 1 and the thread 2 are bonded and integrated, and that such a fiber casing with thread is manufactured endlessly and continuously as in the embodiments described below. It has the characteristics of

In addition, as a method of bonding and integrating, as in the method described in the following example, viscose, which is normally used when manufacturing fiberglass casings, is bonded and integrated during the process of manufacturing fiberglass casings. is preferred.

る。 An example of the method for manufacturing a fibrous casing according to the present invention will be described below. As is clear from the explanatory diagram in Figure 1, first,
From a paper supply device (not shown), porous paper 11 obtained using wood pulp and cotton linters as main raw materials and cut to a predetermined width is sequentially fed out. The perforated papers 11 that are sent one after another are stacked at their longitudinal ends by a joining device 12 and pasted together to form a cylindrical base 13. Below the connecting device 12, there are two yarn feeding devices 14a, 14.
b is installed, and the yarn feeding devices 14a, 14b
The threads 15 are fed out while rotating in opposite directions around the central axis. Therefore, the cylindrical base 1
Two threads 15 are spirally arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the thread 3 so as to intersect with each other. Thereafter, the thread 15 and the cylindrical base 13 are coated with viscose made from pulp having the same or similar properties as the porous paper 11 by the viscose coating device 16, and then recycled in the recycling tank 17. Ru.
Since the yarn 15 is also coated with viscose and the yarn 15 and the cylindrical base 13 are in contact with each other, the yarn 15 and the cylindrical base 13 are bonded and integrated with each other during playback. In this way, a thread-filled fiberglass casing can be easily obtained.

体化してもよいこと無論である。 In addition, in the above embodiment, two thread feeding devices are used, but depending on the case, one thread feeding device may be used.
Further, a yarn knitting device may be provided in place of the yarn feeding device, and the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical base may be covered with a net. In that case, the speed at which the net is created and the speed at which the cylindrical base descends must be approximately equal. Furthermore, in the above example, viscose is applied after the threads are arranged, but by reversing the order and applying viscose to the cylindrical base, the threads are arranged in a spiral pattern and recycled. It goes without saying that the base and the base may be integrated by adhesive.

果を奏しうるものである。 Since the present invention is a method for manufacturing a fiber casing with threads configured as described above, there is no difference in the contents even if the processed meat is filled and smoked boiled in the same way as conventional fiber casings. The strength of the fiber casing is significantly increased, and the number of fiber casing bags torn during filling with processed meat and smoke boiling is drastically reduced, which improves the yield. There is no need to overturn the net, which saves labor, and the product has a high-class feel that is different from that of printing a mesh pattern on the outer packaging film. The manufacturing process for fiberglass casings with yarn, which has various features such as these, can be manufactured using the same manufacturing process as conventional fiberglass casings, and it is only necessary to add a yarn feeding device or yarn knitting device, etc., making it much more complicated than before. It can produce excellent effects such as being able to be manufactured easily, continuously, and endlessly without any problems.
