Whether it is the control system or the operation system, each has to be started, requires a large installation area, is inevitably expensive, and further improved versions are announced one after another.
Even if we seek this individually, the capabilities of each device will be unbalanced, and even if we connect highly efficient, state-of-the-art devices,
There were a number of problems, including overall efficiency being limited by the capabilities of older equipment.

After being thoroughly washed, the mixed liquid of washed raw seaweed and water is transferred to a dehydration cylinder, where it is efficiently dehydrated. This dehydrated raw seaweed enters the aging tank from the top of the dehydration cylinder and is agitated while descending in proportion to the amount discharged. The required residence time can be obtained by dividing the amount of raw seaweed to be stored in the aging tank by the amount discharged per unit time. Therefore, if the residence time is determined based on the properties of the raw seaweed, if the required amount is initially stored in the tank, then a certain amount is discharged, and a corresponding amount is supplied, the raw seaweed that is supplied sequentially can be is supplied to the blender after the required residence time. Then, in a compounding machine, it is divided and transferred to a certain amount,
It is sent to the seaweed machine along with a predetermined amount of fresh water.

As the coil screws 3, 3 rotate, the raw seaweed 55 in the raw seaweed tank 2 is fed as indicated by the arrow 56 in FIG. In this case, since the motor 57 that drives the rotary shaft 7 is also started, the rotary shaft 7 is reciprocated via the connecting rod 58 and the lever 9. Therefore, the adjusting plate 8 fixed to the rotating shaft 7 is also
It reciprocates as indicated by the arrow 59 in the figure, and pushes back the excess raw seaweed 55 that is sent. Further, as the interlocking rod 13 reciprocates as shown by the arrow 61 due to the reciprocating movement of the rotating shaft 7, the pushing plate 12 moves up and down vertically as shown by the arrow 62 via the connecting plate 60, cutting the raw seaweed. Push it into the biting side of the feed screw 11 of the machine 4 as shown by the arrow 63. Therefore, the feed screw 11 continuously and quantitatively feeds raw seaweed into the cutting machine and cuts it into a predetermined length. In the figure, 64 is an input pulley for rotating the feed screw 11.

In this case, fresh water is supplied to the washing tank from the faucet 17 or 18 through the water supply pipe 66 as shown by the arrow 67, so that the fresh seaweed is mixed into the fresh water and stirred by the rotation of the rotating shaft 14. The wastewater is sufficiently agitated by the blades 16, passes through the punching metal 23, passes over the weir plate 24, and is drained from the drain pipe 25 as shown by the arrow 68.

Once the water has been sufficiently washed in this way, the water supply is stopped and a pump (not shown) is started, so that the mixed liquid of the washed water and fresh seaweed is pumped through the hose 26 as shown by the arrow 69. It is then fed into the dewatering cylinder 27 (FIG. 2). Since the rotating shaft 29 in the dehydration cylinder 27 is rotated via the pulley 35 and the interlocking shaft 34, the mixed liquid is subjected to centrifugal force,
Water is extracted from the inner cylinder 28 as indicated by the arrow 70 and is discharged as indicated by the arrow 71 through the discharge hose 33. Further, the dehydrated raw seaweed is sequentially sent upward as shown by the arrow 72 by the spirally planted hair body 30, dehydrated efficiently, and passed through the chute as shown by the arrow 73. It falls into the cylindrical tank 36 as shown at 74. This cylindrical tank 36 can hold 4 to 5 times the amount of fresh seaweed that can normally be washed at one time, so the amount is detected by a measuring device 75 (or a float), and the washing is started or stopped based on the command. In this way, a predetermined amount of fresh seaweed can be retained and ripened at all times. The raw seaweed in the cylindrical tank is slowly stirred by a stirring blade protruding from the rotary shaft 37, matured appropriately, and then supplied from the lower discharge port 40 into the hopper 45 of the blending machine for a fixed amount. The raw seaweed falls into the hopper 45 of the blending machine as shown by the arrow 76, is measured by the dividing wheel 51 into a fixed amount, falls from the drop opening 52 as shown by the arrow 77, and is filled with an appropriate amount of fresh water (salt water). ) to form a mixed liquid with a predetermined concentration, which is then supplied to the nori paper machine.

て計測が正確にできることになる。 In the above, a water supply pipe 54 is installed at the drop-off port, and water is sprayed upward from the water supply pipe as shown by the arrow 78, so that all the raw seaweed in one compartment of the divided car is washed away and the water is poured into the divided compartment. There is no risk that it will remain. Therefore, measurements can be made accurately.

果がある。(Effect of the invention) That is, according to this invention, the automatic raw seaweed feeding device, cutting machine, washing tank, dehydration cylinder, ripening tank, and blending machine are installed in the same machine box, so the whole can be compacted and streamlined. control, and since each device is connected based on pre-designed capabilities,
There is no imbalance in abilities and the effect can be used efficiently. Furthermore, when operating the equipment, the operator can check all the equipment at a glance, which makes management easier, and there are also benefits such as sharing of power and the ability to adopt a common control system. In addition, the raw seaweed automatic feeding device, cutting machine, and washing tank, dewatering cylinder, ripening tank, and blending machine are connected to each other by giving a vertical relationship to the raw seaweed delivery parts, so pumps and hoses are used to transfer the raw seaweed between each device. This eliminates the need for conveying means such as the above, and therefore there is no damage to the raw seaweed during conveyance, and it is possible to prevent deterioration in quality due to pressurization, kneading, etc.
