However, the prior art does not have a means for fixing the position of the terminal assembly relative to the stator when connecting the terminal assembly and the lead wire, and furthermore, the connection between the terminal and the lead wire is not provided. This is done by soldering etc.
Connection work between terminals and lead wires is inefficient.

As shown in Fig. 1, the coil terminal 3 and connector terminal 4 drawn out from the coil end 1 of the stator coil attached to the stator core 2 are integrally molded together with the coil end using heat-resistant synthetic resin 5. (Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 50-10401, Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 50-10402). However, even if such a structure is adopted, the above-mentioned difficulties arise because the terminal 4 positioning means as described above is not provided. Also,
When performing integral molding, as can be understood from the illustrated structure, the mold for molding must be moved in the axial direction of the motor to set and release the mold, but the terminal 4 must be moved in the axial direction of the motor. Because of the protruding structure, there is a problem that the opening/closing stroke of the mold becomes long.

にある。 In view of the above-mentioned prior art, it is an object of the present invention to facilitate the connection work of the lead portion of the stator coil and contribute to its automation, and to provide a mold opening/closing stroke when integrally molding the terminal and the lead wire. An object of the present invention is to provide a stator for a small electric motor which is improved so that the molding device can be made smaller by shortening the stator.

A terminal housing protruding from the terminal housing is provided, a plurality of terminal receiving chambers are formed in the housing and arranged in a direction perpendicular to the axis, the terminal plate and the stator core are brought into opposing contact with each other, and the terminal plate and the stator core are fitted into slots of the terminal plate and the stator core. A terminal electrically connected to the lead wire of the stored stator coil is fitted into the terminal accommodating chamber, and the stator core, terminal plate, and lead wire are integrally molded together with the stator coil using synthetic resin. . That is, the terminal plate is positioned at the end of the stator core by overlapping the end of the stator core and attaching the stator coil together with the stator core. This facilitates the connection work when connecting the motor and the terminal, and since the terminal is provided in the radial direction of the motor, the opening/closing stroke of the mold during integral molding can be shortened.

Since it is designed to be able to connect,
Compared to a device in which the position of the lead wire and terminal is not fixed during connection, the connection work between the terminal and the lead wire can be performed more easily and efficiently. In addition, since the terminal housing is formed in the radially extending portion of the terminal plate, the mold opening/closing stroke when molding the terminals together with the stator is shortened, resulting in miniaturization of the molding equipment and molding efficiency. is achieved.
