【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は電解前処理設備に係り、種板を種板整
板ラインから種板或いは両極を整列ストツクする
ための諸ラインへ円滑に自動的に且つ小さなスペ
ースの中において移行せしめ、電解前処理操業全
体を効率化するために、種板整板機と上記諸ライ
ン間に且種板整板機に隣接して設けられる種板の
横送りライン切換装置に関するものである。

種板を吊フツクに引掛けてクレーンにて吊り上げ
る時間は種板整板機を停止しなければならないの
で種板整板能率が低下する。この方法で処理能力
を向上させるためにはクレーンによる1回の吊上
枚数を増加せしめて種板整板機の停止時間を短縮
せしめられるが、この整板機停止時間を皆無にす
ることはできず、逆に種板の整列設置スペースを
広く要する欠点がある。

け吊垂せしめるものである。従つてこのチエン2
aは種板幅より少し大にして二条平行に設けら
れ、種板の両端のビームを吊垂せしめる。この種
板hがフツク2bにて引掛吊垂されると傾動受台
1aは元の水平状態に戻る。この傾動受台の傾起
及び昇降装置のチエンの駆動動作は種板整板機に
て種板が製されるピツチに合わせられる。そして
チエンのフツクにて吊垂上昇せしめられた種板h

て連続的に製造される種板hはラインA、傾転装
置1、昇降装置2より一時ストツクレール4を経
て比較的少数枚毎一括して例えば4枚か5枚を上
記押出シリンダ3にて今度は一時ストツクレール
位置よりも先に突出せしめて横送りコンベヤ位置
まで突出させ、フツク上の一枚と、先に一時スト
