The upper portion of the member defines a second horizontal axis parallel to the first horizontal axis, the second horizontal axis slidably pivoting on the endoscope parallel to its mirror surface and perpendicular to the second horizontal axis. The lower part of the connecting member is provided with a bent part, and this bent part is slidably accommodated in a long groove extending in the vertical direction provided at the lower part of the supporting member, and the lower end of the connecting member is placed outside the long groove. It is characterized in that it protrudes and fits into the annular groove of the handle body so that it can be engaged and detached and slidably moved.

As shown in FIG. 1, the rod fly 62 is bent horizontally to form a rod slide 62, that is, a second horizontal axis, and the rod fly 62 is inserted into the slide groove 21 on the back side of the endoscope holder 24, parallel to the mirror surface and perpendicular to the axis of the rod slide 62. It is pivoted so that it can slide in the direction.

It is slidably accommodated in a through groove 54 that constitutes a provided long groove. The vertical portion of this bend forms a knob 65 and projects from the through groove 54.

5 is replaced with a bag groove 58 and a spherical tip 66, and by strongly moving the spacing sleeve 57A upward or downward, the spherical tip 66 at the tip of the rod 60 is automatically bent within the bag groove 58 and the inclined groove 56. Then, it comes off the separation groove 16A. With normal operating force, the tip 66 does not come out of the spacing groove 16A, and the effect is the same even if the tip 66 acts only to swing and rotate the endoscope 2. In this case, the advantage is that the operation of pulling the knob 65 can be omitted. Instead of the spherical tip 66, the tip of the rod 60 may be bent into a U-shape.

The holder 31 has its shaft part horizontally or almost horizontally in the direction of the pipe 15, and then bends downward and is supported by the base 40. It can move freely in any direction and change its posture and position. As shown in FIG. 3, the arm 33 and the ball 3
By providing a rotatable collar 34 between the edges 35 and 2, even when the holder 31 is swung so that the end edge 35 of the support 71 comes into contact with the arm 33, the frictional force between the edge 35 and the arm 33 is reduced. , the rotational frictional force of the collar 34 changes and the holder 3
This has the advantage that posture operation in step 1 is extremely easy.

That is, by directly illuminating the object with the illumination device 10 and adjusting the position and posture of the extraoral mirror 3, the throat, inner surface of the oral cavity, surfaces of the teeth and gums, the back of the nostrils, the surface of the eyeballs, etc. can be brightly and clearly enlarged. You can see it being done. If you get into the habit of checking with the autopsy device of the present invention on a daily basis, you will be able to discover even minute abnormalities yourself.

That is, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 5, the extra-oral mirror holder 31 is extended to the lowest front end so that the distance between the intra-oral mirror 2 and the extra-oral mirror 3 is maximized, and the illumination device 10 is moved forward. After holding the extra-oral mirror part 30 so that it is in front of it, position the oral mirror 2 in front of the ear canal and operate the remote control sleeve 57 to take a closer look at your own ear canal. Still, it is difficult to see clearly. At this time, by raising the remote control sleeve 57 upward to increase the swing angle of the endoscope 2, it is possible to easily view every corner of the back side of the back teeth while keeping the movement of the hand small.

It will automatically come off from the groove 17. When the spacing sleeve 57 is moved upward, the rod end 63 punches into the spacing groove 16 and stops.

It is an essential condition that it must always be nearby. To this end, as shown in FIG. 14, the cover 80 is formed into an inverted L shape by utilizing the space above the extraoral mirror holder 31, and the anti-fog liquid bottle 90 can be press-fitted into the hole 82 for easy attachment and removal. The structure was designed to do this.

るという効果を有する。 Since the present invention is configured as described above, when the device is not in use, the lower end of the connecting member fitted into the annular groove of the handle body is detached from the annular groove, and in this detached state, the support member is moved along the handle body. By moving the endoscope down, the position of the endoscope can be brought very close to the handle body, which shortens the distance between the handle body and the endoscope, making it more compact and convenient for storage. In addition, by moving the support member upward from the above state, the lower tip of the connecting member is again projected out of the long groove at the bottom of the support member and fitted into the annular groove of the handle body, and the position of the endoscope is adjusted. The handle can be quickly brought into use at a desired distance from the handle body. Moreover, compared to the conventional model, it is not only easier to operate, but also has a simpler structure.
This has the effect of reducing costs and maintaining and improving quality.
