As shown in Fig. 3, on both sides of the back door (BD), there is a weather strip 2 of the back door inner panel 5 on the outside of the vehicle, and air inside the vehicle that is taken in from the air intake port 6 on the vehicle body side. A plurality of air exhaust ports 7 are provided to discharge air to the outside of the vehicle. 8 is a rear floor panel, 9 is a floor member which is a strength member in the vehicle width direction, and the floor member 9 is a rear side inner panel 13 and a rear side outer panel 1 at the back door (BD) opening edge of the vehicle body.
4 and is connected to the lower end of the back door (BD) opening edge. In the figure, 10 is a rear bumper, and 12 is a weather strip that seals between the rear side window panel 11 and the vehicle body.

The air passes through and is discharged to the outside of the vehicle through air exhaust ports 7 provided on both sides of the back door BD.

If the side cross-sectional area of the back door BD is extended inward in the vehicle width direction as shown, the rear window panel 4 will have to become smaller, resulting in poor rear visibility. In addition, since the air intake port 6 is provided below the rear window panel 4, the air inside the vehicle that is guided to the air intake port 6 does not flow along the rear side window panel 11, which is effective in preventing fogging of the rear side window panel 11. I couldn't have expected it. Furthermore, since the air outlet 7 faces the flow path of rainwater etc. during rainy weather, rainwater etc. can easily enter the inside of the back door BD, which poses a quality problem.
This tendency was noticeable when the air outlet 7 etc. were made larger in an attempt to improve ventilation efficiency.

である。 The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and provides a structure that improves ventilation efficiency and prevents fogging of wind panels, especially rear side window panels, and does not adversely affect rear visibility. In order to achieve this object, the first invention provides a back pillar inner panel and a back pillar outer panel in the shape of a box in horizontal section on both sides in the vehicle width direction near the back door. A rear fender panel is disposed on the outside of the exhaust duct to form a two-layer structure, and an air intake port is provided on the lower side of the back pillar inner panel in the vehicle interior. At the same time, an air outlet is provided on the outside of the vehicle interior of the back pillar outer panel and above the two-layer structure for discharging the interior air taken in from the air intake port to the outside of the vehicle interior. In the second invention, both left and right end portions of a floor member having a box-like vertical cross section, which is disposed in the vehicle width direction on the floor surface near the back door, are attached to back pillars which are disposed on both sides in the vehicle width direction near the back door. Connected in communication with an exhaust duct formed in a box-like horizontal section by the inner panel and the back pillar outer panel,
A rear fender panel is disposed on the outside of the exhaust duct to form a two-layer structure, and an air intake port is provided in a predetermined portion of the floor member, while a rear fender panel is provided on the outside of the vehicle interior of the back pillar outer panel. The gist of the present invention is that an air outlet is provided above the two-layer structure for discharging the cabin air taken in from the air intake to the outside of the cabin.

It is being A drain plate 30 is installed in the air outlet 33 to prevent rainwater, etc. flowing into the air outlet 33 from outside the vehicle from directly entering the inside of the vehicle.
The other peripheral edge of the draining plate 30 is fixed to the back pillar outer panel 24 on the inner side so that the upper side is open. Reference numeral 22 denotes a trim member disposed on the inside of the vehicle, and a plurality of slits 22a are formed at positions corresponding to the air intake ports 19. Further, 34 is a finisher that hides the air outlet 33 from the outside of the vehicle interior, and 32 is a rear side window panel.

3, he was led out of the car. Since the air intake ports 19 are provided on both sides in the vehicle width direction near the back door, when the air inside the vehicle is taken into the air intake ports 19, it is blown against the rear window panel and the rear side window panels 32, so that the anti-fogging effect is reduced. increase In addition, the air outlet 33 is

Since a two-layer structure is formed by the above, it is possible to prevent dew condensation from occurring on the inner wall surface of the exhaust duct 40 due to the temperature difference between the outside and outside of the vehicle when warm air inside the vehicle passes through. . Furthermore, the back door BD side can have the same structure as before, so it does not impede rear visibility. Furthermore, since the exhaust duct 40 has a large horizontal cross-sectional area, ventilation efficiency can be greatly improved.

In this embodiment, both left and right ends of a floor member 9, which is a box-shaped vertical cross-sectional strength member disposed in the vehicle width direction, are shown. The exhaust duct 40 is connected to an exhaust duct 40 formed in a box shape in horizontal section by a back pillar inner panel 23 and a back pillar outer panel 24 arranged on both sides in the vehicle width direction near the back door. A rear fender panel 26 is disposed on the outside of the vehicle via a rear fender extension panel 25. Therefore, even in the second embodiment, the back pillar outer panel 24 and the rear fender panel 2 are located outside the air flow passage 27 of the exhaust duct 40.
A two-layer structure with 6 is formed. Further, while the cabin air intake port 35 is provided at a predetermined portion of the floor member 9, an air exhaust port 33 and a drain plate 30 are provided at the upper side of the back pillar outer panel 24 outside the cabin and above the two-layer structure. It is provided. In this embodiment, the air Y in the vehicle interior is taken in through the air intake port 35, passes through the floor member 9, and then passes through the air flow passage 27 of the exhaust duct 40 and is then returned to the back pillar outer panel 24.
The air is guided to the outside of the vehicle through an air exhaust port 33 opened in the air.

A layered structure is provided, and an air intake port is provided at the lower side of the back pillar inner panel in the vehicle interior, while an air outlet is provided at the outer side of the vehicle interior of the back pillar outer panel and above the two layer structure section. (first invention), and both left and right end portions of the floor member are communicated and connected to the exhaust ducts disposed on both sides in the vehicle width direction,
A vehicle interior air intake port is provided at a predetermined portion of the floor member, and the vehicle interior air taken in from the air intake port is provided outside the vehicle interior of the back pillar outer panel and above the two-layer structure portion to the vehicle interior. Since the configuration is provided with an air exhaust port (second invention), the following effects are brought about. In other words, since the cross-sectional areas of the exhaust duct and the floor member serving as air flow paths are large, it is possible to improve the air ventilation efficiency and to obtain a ventilation structure that does not impair rear visibility. In particular, since the air flow path is formed by using the back pillars and floor members that make up the vehicle body, there is no need to add new components such as ducts, and there is an effect that there is no increase in cost or weight. . In particular, in cases where an air intake port is provided on the floor member side, by changing the setting position of the air intake port, the air flow path within the vehicle interior can be changed appropriately. First, the anti-fogging effect of the rear side window panel can be improved.
